Chapter 14 - Disney World! - Part 2

Michael's POV:

We're officially in the park. I turn my head around to see hundreds of cheerful faces around me.

" What d'ya want to do first?" Asks Perrie, looking at all of us one by one.

To be honest I'm not too sure myself. We could go on some rides I guess, or try and hunt down the characters.

" How about we just walk around and if anything catches our attention, we do it" Says Luke proposing a not so bad idea.

Well. Because we have no idea what to do first.

" How about this? Mickey's magic show?" Says Ashton stopping beside a small little building.

We all exchange looks,
" Let's go for it" I add, feeling pleased about the fact we can sit down and watch something.

We walk in and instantly are hit with a queue. One of the only problems of Disneyland.

I look at the walls decorated with Mickey Mouse animations and little jokes and facts to entertain the excited individuals in the never ending line.

" Do any of us even like magic?" Asks Luke with a slight look of boredom on his face.

Perrie laughs sarcastically,
" Well I hope we do, given the fact we released an entire song based on it" .

Valid fact. Perrie Edwards once again putting Luke Hemmings in his place.

" Okay, okay. I get your point. Magic is cool" Says Luke , now probably feeling a bit dumb for even asking.

" Ah lighten up a bit Luke. You'll be fine once you see something that catches your attention" Adds Calum, pulling out his phone.

" Everyone get in the shot, we're having a collaborative band selfie" He adds again turning his camera on.

We all shuffle around and huddle together before making sure we're all on the photograph.

" Cheese!!!" Cries Leigh, smiling intensely.

Cal takes the picture and we all look back on it with a smile.

" Can I post it?" He asks, looking around at us for approval.

" Maybe later....if people find out we're at Disneyland it could get a bit complicated" Says Ashton reminding us of the fact we could get mobbed at any given moment.

"Later on" Says Jesy, patting his shoulder.

The queue has moved forward a bit now and we can just see around the corner.

" What's there?" Asks Jade curiously trying to lean in further.

" I can't make it out....but I can see people taking photos" I respond, also trying to get a glimpse.

" Maybe you girls could teach us a few tricks?" Smirks Luke, crossing his legs and leaning back a bit.

" Nahh....we don't reveal our magic secrets" Says Jesy in response.

" Animation" Coughs Cal jokingly, before turning away quickly.

Leigh steps towards him,
" Oh yeah?"

Cal turns back around denying all knowledge of saying anything.

" We could turn you into frogs if we wanted to" Laughs Jade chipping in to the banter.

I look around confused,
" Are we on about magic here or a messed up princess story?"

I can already tell this trip is going to be full of competition and debates.

Jesy's POV:

I'm not going to lie, for a queue for a magic act, this is beginning to drag.

I shuffle forward a bit and I can finally see around the corner. It takes me by surprise.

Stood side by side are Mickey and Minnie mouse. So that basically means there is no magic act, just photos on a magic set.

However, I don't think Jade will have a problem with that, as she's been bugging to meet them all day.

Luke can see too and we both exchange glances, even though he tries to play it cool, I can't help but notice a bit of excitement in his eyes.

" It's your turn now" Says a staff member pointing us in the direction of the famous duo.

We take a couple steps forward before turning a corner to a little room.

It's designed to look like the backstage set of a magic act. To be fair, it looks like one.

" ARRHRHRHGH!!" Fangirls Jade running over to Mickey and Minnie.

"Jade you're such a big kid" I joke walking beside her to meet the beloved characters for myself.

We have a conversation with Mickey and Minnie, but since they can't talk, they give us hand signals back.

That didn't stop anybody from fangirling however.

" Okay guys, gather round for a photo" Says a photographer, with a strong American accent.

I stand beside Perrie, and we all pose for a photo. As the flash of the camera light lights up the room, we quickly say goodbyes before we are rushed away.

" Well that was unexpected" Says Ashton breaking the silence as we leave the room.

" Sure was. We didn't see a magic act" I laugh in response.

To be honest, that was a fairly fun experience anyways, so we didn't really need a magic act.

" What d'ya wanna do next?" Asks Cal, pulling out a map to try and come up with places to go now.

I peer over the map and observe it closely. How about a roller coaster?

"A roller coaster would be good now" Says Leigh, basically speaking my mind.

" Oh guys, no. They're just not nice" Says Jade with a hint of fear in her voice.

Ashton rolls his eyes,
" Stop being a wimp Jade, you can sit beside me. I won't let you get hurt".

Jade looks over at Ashton, seriously contemplating what to do next.

" Fine. But please nothing too scary...." She murmurs quietly.

" How about Big Thunder Mountain? That doesn't seem scary at all" Says Luke pointing at a roller coaster on his phone screen.

" Well as long as it doesn't have loops in it" Says Jade with a shiver.

Look shakes his head reassuringly,
" It doesn't".

" Are you sure Luke?" Asks Perrie with a tone of concern.

Luke nods and puts his phone back into his back pocket before holding the door open for us to leave.
" Well come on then"
