Chapter 6 - How To Not Prepare

Leigh's POV:

Okay so its 5 o'clock and Perrie is still using the shower. I know what you're thinking, why are we so bothered? We have 3 hours to get ready, but we always take time making sure we look alright.

" Perrie!! You've been in there for 40 minutes now, and the other shower is freezing!!" Cries Jesy hammering on the door.

We hear Perrie shout something back, but over the sound of the shower and the playlist she has on we can hardly hear her.

" Guys, I think I've broke the shower" Says Jade coming frantically round the corner.

Jesy and I shoot round the door and see that Jade has indeed broke the shower.

" Why is the head on the floor Jade" I ask picking up the shower head which is no longer intact to the actual shower.

Jade shrugs,
" I tried to find out why it's so cold.....it didn't work"

I nod my head,
" Clearly"

I pick up the head and try to attach it back on with no such luck. We've been here a day and managed to break both the air conditioning and the shower.

" Showers free!" Shouts Perrie walking out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel.

There is a moment of suspense, Jade , Jesy and I look at eachother in the eyes for a moment before we all make a mad launch for the door.

Perrie screams as we all charge past, destined to be the first person to make it towards the bathroom.

I see the handle and just as I am about to grasp it I fall suddenly to the floor, Jade also falling behind me.

Jesy flies into the bathroom and cheers in triumph before checking that Jade and I are okay.

Sounds fun right? Wrong. My leg is bloody killing me.

" Listen ladies. I'll be 20 minutes. Until then, Perrie you can play as doctor and nurse our injured friends on the floor" Smiles Jesy shutting the door and locking it behind her.

Perrie scowls before pulling Jade from the floor, following by me.

" Perrie by any chance did you get a degree in engineering?" Asks Jade curiously.

Perrie shakes her head,
" Nope. I don't know how to fix a shower"

Huh?

" Pez. You couldn't hear us through the door how do you know the shower is broken?" I ask realising our blonde friend may have just conned us into using the shower for longer.

Perrie Smirks,
" I could hear you all a long, I just needed more time to wash out my conditioner"

Jade and I exchange a glance before looking back at Perrie, her eyes full of mischief.

" I knew it" Says Jade with a grin before walking into her and Pez's room to collect her shampoo and conditioner as if she's planning to get to the shower before me.

" Wait a second Thirlwall, who says you're next? " I ask with a sarcastic but humourous smile.

" Nobody, just gathering my stuff to make it easier for later" She responds with a sneaky wink indicating she is planning to beat me to it.

Perrie laughs and rolls her eyes following Jade,
" Try not to kill eachother whilst I'm getting ready?"

We nod our heads and wait for the fateful moment of the door to open.

Jesy's POV:

Okay so it's 7:45 now and we are all currently waiting for the boys to turn up.

To be honest I don't know how we're ready after Perrie's 10 year shower and Leigh and Jade's war over who gets to shower next.

In the end Leigh ended up in the shower first, she hid Jade's shampoo. Says a lot right.

" JADE WHERE'S ME LIP GLOSS" Bellows Pez, insisting she needs to add another coat of gloss before we leave.

" Pez! I haven't touched it!!" Shouts Jade up the stairs as she fumbles around in her bag.

" Never mind! Got it!" Grins Perrie running down the stairs and standing right in front of the mirror.

I slide the back door shut and pull the blinds over before picking up the key card so we can get out of here.

" Readyyyyy!!" Cheers Perrie practically running down the stairs, so now we are all congregated by the door.

The doorbell rings just in the nick of time and we open it to the four familiar Aussie boys from earlier.

" Come on then!" Smiles Calum stood at the front door with Ashton, Luke and Michael following him up the path.

As we leave the house we shut the door, and walk down the road with the boys up to the big gates from earlier.

Michael tells us that they've booked somewhere for us to eat just 10 minutes away so we won't have to walk as much.

" So how are you finding the states so far?" Asks Ash trying to start a conversation perhaps forgetting we've been here several times.

" It's very warm. We've managed to break the air conditioning and the shower so you can imagine it's like a sauna in the villa" I laugh

" Sounds like you've had a good few nights so far then" Laughs Luke pulling his phone out to check the time.

As the evening breeze blows we turn round a few corners to a crossing point to get to the other side of the street.

" Okay, the roads are very busy, so when I say run. Run" Says Luke in a protective tone.

We watch the cars shoot speedily down the street before Luke calls us to run to the other side.

We make it across without harm and look up at the pretty building before us.

" Wow! It's lovely!" Beams Jade looking over in the boys direction.

Luke smiles in return and Michael opens the door to guide us through the main entrance to our table.

" Hey I've booked a table under the name of Mr Clifford" Smiles Michael as we approach a waiter.

The waiter smiles,
" This way please"

I shuffle over to Leigh-Anne who's stood beside me,
" This is so lovely!!!"

Leigh nods and we make our way to the table.
