Chapter 9

The kiss lasts for a good 5 seconds and clearly you could see Connor kissing the mystery girl back. Absolute pure anger shoots through me. I start to walk towards them but stop myself. Then the horrible feeling of betrayal overcomes me. Tears start to stream down my face as I quickly run back to the car.

I sit in the car for a good 10 minutes sobbing until I finally get a grasp on my emotions. I drive home and start to cry again as I pull into the driveway. I run from the car to the house as fast as I can still crying.

"What happened!?" Erin says jumping up as I run in the door.

"I saw. Connor. Kissing a. Girl. At the. Store," I say between sobs. Erin pulls me into a hug and I cry into her hair.

"It's ok," she says. "I'm going to make sure that asshole wishes he would've never done that." she whispers to me as I continue to cry.

"How. Could he!" I sob.

"I don't know. Some guys just crave girls and they take whatever slut walks their way not thinking about anyone else's feelings," she says. My crying slows and wipe my eyes of any other tears.

"I can't believe I actually thought that this relationship would work. He's this big youtuber and I'm just some worthless fan to him. He probably saw me, thought I looked hot enough and just thought he could use me," I say.

I decide to go over to Connor's and wait for him to get home from his apparent "meet up".

I hop out of the car once I get to the o2l house and knock on the door. Kian answers the door.

"Hey what's up?" he asks.

"Is Connor here?" I say trying to hold back my tears. It's to much for me to handle and tears start streaming down my face.

"Hey what's wrong?" Kian says with worry in his eyes.

"Connor cheated on me." I say to him as I try to stop crying but failing miserably.

"Come in and sit down," he says wrapping a comforting arm around my shoulder. He sits me down on the couch next to him and asks me to explain what happened.

I start,"well he texted me this morning saying you guys had a meet up to go to today that was about an hour away so we wouldn't be able to hangout today. I completely understood and told him I was going to work on some stuff around the house. I decided to go to Target and get some things for my room when I heard him in another isle. I looked around the corner and saw him smackin' lips with some random girl and he was clearly kissing her back," I say, anger coming back into me.

"I can't believe he did that," Kian says. I start to cry some more and he leans over and wipes away my tears.

I hear a door open in the kitchen. "I'm back guys!" I hear Connor yell.

"I'm in hear!" Kian yells wrapping his arm around my shoulder helping me stand as I continue to quietly cry.

Footsteps near the living room.

"Oh shit," I hear Connor say as he looks at me.

"How could you!" I yell at him as I lean against Kian for support.

"I can-," He starts to say but I cut him off.

"No you fucking can't! You kissing that girl was enough explaining for me!" I shout at him then curling up to Kian's side as he holds me tighter.

"Let her go Kian," Connor says glaring at him.

"Don't tell him what to do!" I spat at him. "We're over! I can't believe the fucking nerve you have to lie to me about being gone for an entire day then sneaking out with some girl behind my back thinking that I wouldn't somehow find out! I feel so stupid for actually believing someone like you would like me and truly think I was beautiful. The fact about what you said at the beach yesterday about how guys who treat girls like they're there just to serve you all just makes me even more furious! News flash dumb ass that's exactly what you just did to me!" I shout at him.

"I'm sor-," he tries to say.

I cut him off before he finishes,"no it's to late for sorries! You should've thought a bit harder before you decided to lie and cheat on me," I say walking out of the house slamming the door behind me.

*Connor's PV*

Annie walks out the door slamming it behind her. Damn it, I sure fucked this up. I should've never done this.

"How could you do that to her!?" Kian yells at me.

"I don't know!?" I shout back. "I just wasn't thinking."

"That's obvious. I would kill for a girl that amazing. You just fucked up so badly the greatest thing that probably will ever happen to you just walked out of your life."

"I know! Ok? I get that!" I shout at him. "I just got caught up in the moment when Ashley had texted me. I didn't want to tell Annie I was going to hangout with another girl, I thought she would get jealous. I lied to her thinking she was going to stay home all day, then Ashley ended up kissing me and all I could think of was how me and Ashley used to be when we were together. I just ended up kissing her back." I explain.

"Well I'm pretty sure that reason isn't going to get her back dude. I'm sorry to say this but it's the truth, she deserves someone who'll tell her the truth no matter the consequences." Kian explains.

"I know you're right. I'll give her some time to cool off then I'll tell her everything."
