Chap 27

"You're shittin me." Mike said monotonously.

Me, Layne & Kurt all shook our heads. "We're serious Mike. Me and Kurt shot you up with too much H dude. I'm so fucking sorry man." Layne said as he broke down again. Mike was dumbfounded. He doesn't know what to say. He looks like a lost puppy.

All I could do was hug him and cry. "Mike.....I thought I lost you! You gave me a goddamn heart attack!" I said in between cries.

"I'm so fucking sorry babe. I shouldn't have let them shoot me up with that much H. I don't know what the fuck got into me."

We all spent the rest of the night crying and falling in and out of sleep.

*Two weeks later, in Iowa*
The time has finally come. I get to see Corey and all the guys again! The guys are playing in Des Moines....which is perfect, since the guys' house is there. I left the bus at about noon and I got to the house at about 12:30. I told the guys I'll be back at about 8 pm tonight, but that all depends on how today goes.

I've been texting Corey all day and from what it sounds like, all the guys are stoked to see me.... including Chris surprisingly. We're all out at dinner right now, celebrating my return.

When I came to the house, Sid ran up to me and picked me up off the ground, squishing me. "YAY MY LITTLE SISTER IS BACK!!I MISSED YOU LITTLE SIS!!" He hollered, followed by him laughing.

"Yep I'm back Sid. I missed you too big bro. Haha."

We chose Applebee's for dinner tonight. I'm sat in between Chris and Sid. Me and Sid have been chatting just about the whole time. We're really alike. We really are almost like brother and sister.

Me and Chris have been making small talk. I told him I forgave him for everything he did in the past. He still couldn't get over it.

I rubbed his arm reassuringly. "Chris it's okay. It's nothing compared to what I've been through in my life. I still love you don't worry." I said with a small chuckle.

He smiled (and his eyebrows raise when he does). "Good I'm glad. And just so you're aware, I still love you too." He winked and I grinned in response. I got close to his ear and whispered,"I want to see you later when we get home....alone in your room."

"Whatever you want babe." He whispered back. Our food came to the table and we ate, making chit chats here and there.

When we walked out of the restaurant, it was about 10:00. I decided to call Mike. "They should be offstage by now." I thought. I dialed his number and waited.

"Who're you calling?" Corey said secretively.

"Mike. Shhhh!" I shushed him. The expression on his face said he wasn't sure and looked as if I shouldn't have called. I'll be damned if he wasn't right.....
