A Night at Nazo's - Part 1(Mixed POV's)

(Silver's POV)
"When will it happen? The fireworks had finished for the majority of the night. Where's (y/n), and Espio?" I said quietly to myself. I sighed as I got to my feet. "Maybe the nightmares were wrong about her destroying us, but they were true about having powers," I continued to say. A frown invaded my face as I thought how I might've wrongly accused (y/n). I had to make things right, but how?
"Sil-ver," I heard a weak voice say from behind me. I looked back and gasped, seeing that Espio was battered up, and dragging himself across the ground. I ran to his side, kneeling beside him. "Who did this to you?" I said quickly. Espio looked up at me. "Some hedgehog. He did this and...he captured (y/n). I tried stopping him, but I could not. I have failed my duty as a detective....and a good ninja," he said ashamed.
I clenched my fist. "No! Espio, you have not failed. Maybe this guy is just too powerful, but why does he have (y/n)? All I know is that now...I must save her," I say as I try to stay optimistic. I turned around and darted over to Sonic to ask for help.

(Knuckle's POV)
Finally, I've returned back to my sanctuary, Angel Island. As I made my way up the steps to the Master Emerald, I noticed Rouge the Bat laying by it. Angered I raised my fists. "HEY BAT GIRL, GET AWAY FROM THE MASTER EMERALD!!" I snarled, angrily. I ran up to her and got ready for a fight. My expression softened when I saw Rouge battered and bruised. I knelt by her.
"Rouge, what happen to you, and why are you here by the Master Emerald?" I say with concern and a bit of aggravation. She slowly lifted her head. "I came back here to ask for your help," she said weakly. "My help?" I asked. Rouge coughed a bit and looked pretty bad so I helped her sit up. "(Y/n) was captured by a mysterious, flying, hedgehog," she said.
Shocked and confused, I couldn't think of who the hedgehog could've been. Suddenly, I noticed a strong wind had picked up behind me. "Sonic, Tails?" I questioned as I look towards a landed plane. After the wind from the propellers had stopped hitting my eyes, I saw Sonic jump off the X Tornado's wing.
"Knuckles, we need your help," Sonic said, crossing his arms. "Silver and Espio said a mysterious person had captured (y/n). I bet it has something to do with (y/n's) powers," Tails explained. I nodded with a serious look and glanced at Rouge. "Rouge saw someone taking (y/n), too," I stated, "what did that guy look like?" I asked her.
"From what I can remember, I saw his sharply angled, green eyes with black markings at the sides. Also, he's slightly taller than Sonic, has tall, upward arched quills with two long back quills that look a bit like wings," Rouge explained while in thought. Sonic, Tails, and I gasped! "Nazo!" We shouted in unison. "But that's impossible! Shadow and I destroyed him last time," Sonic said, as he scratched his head. Everyone was quiet until Tails finally spoke. "To destroy or even to take over the world you need extreme amounts of power...and (y/n) has more than enough. If this is Nazo, this is a serious situation and could be impossible to stop," Tails explained. After that, I shivered just thinking about the situation and the final outcome.

(Nazo's POV)
It has been two and a half hours since I have finally succeeded in capturing (y/n). She had fallen asleep awhile ago, exhausted from trying to free herself from me. I sighed to myself as I thought about a plan on how I could release and obtain her power. "I'll have to put her through some tests, i suppose. I need to find out what it will take to trigger her powers," I mutter in thought to myself.
"Wh-where am I?" The girl asked tiredly. I became annoyed, now knowing that I would have to deal with this troublesome girl again. "We are almost to my place of current residence. Don't give me any trouble or I'll-," I start to say until she began to drift off to sleep again. I sighed once more.
Finally, we had arrived to the huge abandoned, villain headquarters base, which had once belonged to a group of seven villain acquaintances of mine. It was located on a tall mountain peak, isolated from the rest of the land. It was the perfect place to keep my hostage away from any form of help. I stand her up, not caring how tired she was. As soon as I let go, she tumbled over.
"How pathetic," I say plainly, glaring down at her. She glared back with a grumpy look and rubbed her back. I assumed she was in pain, but I did not care to help. "Follow me," I say as I make my way upstairs. "How come outside this place isn't so nice looking, but on the inside it is?" (Y/n) asked, tiredly following me up the stairs. I stopped in my tracks and wanted to answer a truthful statement that was related to such a question, but instead I said, "who cares. Just know this is now your room". (Y/n) peeked inside and instantly smiled. I smirked, knowing I might be able to get her comfortable here after all.
As (y/n) inspected and admired her room, i stood at the doorway, running her question through my mind over and over again.

(Y/N's POV)
As I looked aimlessly around my room and admired all it's details, I suddenly felt a bit more comfortable since I was getting a nice, big, decorated one. "Well, at least you have SOME class," I say to Nazo, trying to through a bit of an insult into my compliment. I looked to him but he wasn't even listening. "Hey! Were you even listening?" I snapped.
"Hm? What do you want?" He finally answered. I growled in anger and turned from him. How dare him for not listening to me. Suddenly, I hear the door close along with a locking sound. "Hey! Why are you locking me in here?" I ask, a bit fearful.
"I'm locking you in so you can't escape. Don't try the window either. It is made of bulletproof glass and I've sealed it shut for good," Nazo answered. I gasped! This guy really pulled out all the stops. Suddenly, I had a smart idea. "Oh yeah! Well, what if I need to use the restroom or need a drink? Then how will I get out if I'm locked in?" I say sassily.
A few moments of silence filled the air. "My room is next to yours on the right. Just knock on the wall, and I'll escort you there," Nazo answered. Sadness filled my face. Escort me? What did he think I was? Some sort of baby? I sighed and climbed into bed. It was no use fighting if I was stuck in here for good.
