(Y/N's POV)
I've searched everywhere throughout the day for food and the electrical box, but I had no luck. Nightfall had come at last and it was now time to be more cautious than before. Night two was here and I feared what Nazo could possibly be planning in that twisted mind of his. "I hope he doesn't have that knife again," I whispered to myself as I made my way down the long, fancy hallway. All day I have been trying to search for a door or a way to the basement, if this place even had one, but it was no use. It was the only place I could think of checking, that is until it hit me. I haven't checked upstairs for an attic. Anything was possible so I set a goal to find the attic.
I made my way into a small bedroom and hid in the closet. I knew the clock was about to hit midnight, which seemed to be the time when the "game" started. I hated the fact we had to do this at night, and that I had to fear in the day as well because I was extremely sleepy. As thoughts raced through my head, I heard a floorboard creak. I held my breath, knowing it was Nazo out in the hallway, the only one with creaky floorboards under the carpet. I assumed he waited for the clock to toll in order to say that the game was on.
Suddenly, the loud echoing rings from the grandfather clock traveled through the hallways. My ears perked up. I shifted a bit while still in my hiding spot and that's when I heard him. "So you've made it to night two. Well, things will become more interesting this time around. Though I was holding this off until the end...I have a little surprise for you tonight. I've invited some friends over. Meet the seven acquaintances of mine. They are the villains who used to own this place. With them, escape is more than  futile. Good luck and begin!" I heard Nazo cheerfully explained in declaration.
I gasped and an air bubble suddenly lodged into my throat. I could barely breathe and pain pulsed as my throat swelled. Extreme fear had taken over. "Seven? Plus Nazo that makes eight against one! That's unfair and scary. I can't avoid eight people at once!" I say quietly to myself as my chest heaved heavily. Suddenly, I heard Nazo talking in a lower voice to where I couldn't make out what he was saying. Afterwards, multiple, loud, creaky sounds of the floorboards echoed a piercing sound throughout the hall. I gulped and peered through the key hole under the door knob of the closet.
No one was in the room in which I hid, so I opened the closet door cautiously. I was about to make a break for it until I froze. A subtle, warm breath hit the back of my neck. Terrified, I slowly turned around as my eyes widened. Much to my horror, a tall man leaned down to my level and had a wide, twisted grin. "HEY KID!" He screeched and afterwards, manically laughed as he tried to lunge at me. I quickly side stepped to avoid him then I bolted into the hallway.
My chest heaved as my breath returned after being completely terrified. Suddenly, my speed enhanced and I'm sure that I was running faster than Sonic. Once again, unable to control my speed, I smacked into a wall as I tried to make a left turn. I rubbed my head as I looked up. I gasped. A black silhouette stood at the end of the hallway. "Well, well! Looks like Ulrich Skare couldn't shake you up THAT badly. He's the creepiest and most psychotic of us all. Who would you rather face? Me, or him?" The man asked playfully.
I looked closer, squinting my eyes as I got to my feet. A pair of shiny objects were in each hand that looked like...giant scissors!? Their length was incredibly long and looked very sharp. He opened and closed them as he advanced toward me. I rubbed my knee that was throbbing in pain from my encounter with the wall. I backed up slowly. "Just w-who are you?" I asked, trying to buy some time as I rested my injured leg. "Who, me? Oh you can call me Kenny Cutter. I must say, your (quills/fur/feathers/scales) look like they need a trimming of sorts. I would do the pleasure of trimming them for you," he laughed, slamming the scissors shut tightly. Suddenly, the creepy man bolted quickly towards me.
"NO! STAY AWAY!" I screamed, shielding my face with my arms as I raised and crossed them in front of me. I waited for the attack but nothing happened. All I heard was the man grunting angrily. I opened one eye to see what was going on. Much to my amazement, a large (f/c) shield surrounded me. He thrashed rapidly at the shield as he tried to stab through but it was no use. Thinking I was protected by my shield, I lowered my arms. BIG mistake!
My shield immediately depleted to nothing, and a pair of open scissors broken through, stopping only centimeters away from my eyes! We both heaved. Me from fright and him from exhaustion. We stayed still and I got to take in his appearance. His bizarre silver hair shined under the dim light as he opened his brown eyes wide. His eyes were lined with red eye liner and he wore a fancy attire. Do they all dress oddly like this? I thought.
Suddenly, out of the corner of my eye, I saw his right arm extend behind him. He grinned evilly. "Snip! Snip!" He said softly and evilly. I knew he was about to attack so I waited for the right moment in order to mess up his footing. Suddenly, he thrusted his hand forward and I dodged in seconds. I bolted off in success while he fell to the floor, cursing under his breath. I smiled nervously, knowing I still had a chance to get away.
Ten minutes had passed and I finally made it to the lobby with staircases without being attacked. To my dismay, there were two buff men, one blocking each staircase. "Crap! How will I get through?" I asked myself. I looked at the two men. The man to my right was the same guy I met coming out of the closet. He had green, wavy-like hair and had a scar across his lower face, overlapping his mouth. He also wore oddly colored clothes.
I looked to the other man. He was muscular and wore...a pirate like outfit? Was he a real pirate? I didn't have time to wonder, I had to distract them somehow. "Juan, stop looking at yourself! We are guards remember?" The man with the scar snapped as he twitched. The other man, who I supposed was Juan, put down his mirror he held and stuck out his bottom lip and pouted. I began to giggle, thinking they were funny.
"Who's there? I hear laughter. And I love laughter. Ki...ki....ki...KI!" The man with the scar oddly laughed, with his last 'ki' sounding demonic. I froze as I saw him making his way towards my hiding spot. I began to sweat as the insane man approached the doorway in which I hid behind.  I squeezed my eye lids tight until I heard arguing. "Ulrich! Remember you are a guard. You are NOT to leave your post unless ordered to! Nazo will be disappointed if you let the girl get away," someone snapped at the crazed man. I peered into the room, seeing a man wearing a cape and a mask. He looked sane but stern.
"But, Benson, I-I heard laughing. She might be nearby," the crazed man said, with some fright in his voice. I gulped as the masked man looked towards the doorway. I could hear his footsteps coming closer. Closer and closer until...nothing. Confused, I peered out into the lobby. The masked man had vanished and I felt relieved. I turned my head and I froze. Standing in the dark behind me was the masked man. All I could see was his half faced mask shining through the dark, nothing else.
It felt like my heart had literally stopped. "Found you," he said in a deep and soft tone, sounding much like Shadow. He grinned evilly and advanced towards me. His hand extended and I forced myself to the wall. Suddenly he stopped. "I'll let you take care of this. After all, you are faster," he said, turning and bowing. He stepped aside and revealed a smirking  Nazo. He stood tall, only a few feet away. I gasped!
Without a word, Nazo came at me, missing me by split seconds when I side stepped. "I said before I wouldn't refuse a fight," he grinned, flinging a foot up at me. Caught off guard, his foot hit me, smacking me hard into a wall. He was incredibly strong. I lifted my head and saw Nazo and the men named Ulrich, Juan, Benson, and Kenny surrounding me. Nazo clicked his fingers and the men immediately took out pistols and knives. "What's wrong? If you surrender, we wouldn't need to use these. Some of them are stun guns while others...are loaded with bullets," Nazo explained, crossing his arms.
CLICK! CLICK! The guns were loaded and ready, now aimed at me. I knew if Nazo or any of them were to touch, or tag me, they would consider themselves the "winners", but I didn't care. I became angered though I was still afraid.  I inhaled and lifted my fists. "Outta my way!" I shouted. I headed towards them, pushing them aside, but Nazo didn't budge. "You may have strengthened ever since you've gained speed, but you're still too weak against me," he said, turning towards me sternly.
Nazo was angered and so he balled his fists. "Hyiah!" He shouted, thrusting his fist into my right jaw. I miraculously caught my footing. I rubbed my jaw as I looked to the open staircases. I didn't bother to fight back so I headed for the stairs. Running up the stairs, I noticed Nazo flew up them, following behind me. He was on my tail and I needed to lose him.
Things were getting more intense and I needed to get to someplace safe. I saw a pair of stairs leading to the third floor, which I had never been to, and bolted up them. "Ha! I'm ahead!" I said grinning. Suddenly I choked aloud when something snatched my collar tight, pulling me back. I coughed as I tried to get air and I opened my right eye to see what was going on.
I tried moving but it was impossible. Two large arms wrapped tightly around me as I tried to squirm free. "Ah, good work, Z," I heard Nazo say as he appeared in front of me and my attacker. "Ha! The leader ALWAYS gets his target. How do you think I stole my wife...and her heart?" The man named Z said proudly. Nazo rolled his eyes with a smile on his face. "Alright, (y/n), end of the line. Z, give her here. I'll take her to...you know where," Nazo smirked.
I gasped! Where would they take me? I had to fight back so I started kicking and thrashing around. The man became annoyed, even though he had no trouble holding me in a tight grip. He walked me over to Nazo, which held out his arms. No way was I going with them.

(Nazo's POV)
I smirked evilly, knowing that interpolating fear, to release (y/n's) power, into my plans were working. I held my arms out so I could easily Chaos Control her to my little "testing and torture room". As Z came closer with her, (y/n) thrashed around in his arms. Haha! How weak! I reached out, about to grab her when suddenly, her thrashing caused her to hit Z in the chin. He dropped her and held his chin. I quickly flew after her when she made a break for it.
Why is she running faster than Sonic? Her powers must be incredibly strong when unlocked! I thought to myself. I saw her making a left, nearly smacking into the wall. Now was my chance. I used Chaos Control, teleporting in front of where she would be. When I arrived at my destination, she was gone! "What!?" I muttered in shock. I clenched my fists, wondering how (y/n) escaped me that quickly.
My acquaintances soon came barreling into the hallway, stopping behind me. "Where is she?" Z asked. I shrugged as I placed a finger to my chin as I began to think. "Hey, I think there'd be a secret passageway near here. Ye'd be wise to look at thee map," Juan, talking in his pirate accent, said. Z and I turned in unison and angrily yelled, "YOU IDIOT! You brought the layout blueprint"?!  He looked to us as we clenched our teeth. "Give me that!" Z snapped. He knelt down to my level and we looked at it together.
Suddenly, we grinned in unison. "Alright, Juan is right. There is a secret passageway that leads to the library and research areas. It is right behind this wall. Fortunately for us, she'll eventually find the attic door. We can trap her there. There will be no way out," I explained. Everyone grinned and evilly laughed. "Wait where's Tyler and Peterson? We need those guys to help us," Benson said. "Ah yes, that's right. I'll go get them. All of you will go scare (y/n) while I do that," I said before taking off.

(Y/N's POV)
They'll never know that I found a secret passageway. I smiled proudly as I walked about the halls in plain sight. "I'll just hang out around here. It's been twenty minutes and they haven't come yet," I said to myself happily. I felt free and enjoyed the solitude, though it was spooky in the unlit halls and rooms. I searched each room in order to find hiding spots and to get familiar with the surroundings. I was going to make sure I was ready for those losers.
GROWL! RUMBLE! My stomach groaned loudly and vibrated my body. Pain spread throughout my abdomen, causing me to flinch as I held my stomach. "Uuugh! I'm so hungry!" I groaned aloud. Suddenly, I looked into a room that had an open door. I entered the room and saw a water tank. What luck! Unfortunately, there was still no sign of food around. I chugged eight cups of water from medium sized cups, causing water to escape the sides of my mouth and to run down my shirt. I didn't care, I needed something to drink after all the action that took place.
"Ah! that's good!" I exclaimed happily. "I'm sure it vwas. I vwould love a drink as vwell," I heard a accented voice say from behind. I froze in utter fear with widen eyes I looked behind my shoulder and gasped, dropping my glass to the floor.
