"That was amazing." Calum exclaimed as they stepped out of the ice cream shop onto the street. "Despite the shite name, that place is awesome."
"I told you so." Ashton said smugly. "Have I cheered you up?"
"Yes, thanks Ash." Calum grinned. "Just promise me you'll come here with me everyday next week for 4 hours."
"Calum, you can't avoid him for the entire week."
"Watch me," Calum challenged, trying my to keep a straight face, but ended up laughing when he made eye contact with Ashton.
"I bet you guys will be great friends by the end of it."
"You're on," Calum replied. "5 dollars says that I will still hate him this time next week, if not more."
"Deal." Ashton nodded. "Where'd you want to go now?"
"I don't know. You were the one who dragged me out of my room, I was happy in there."
"But you wouldn't have got ice cream if we'd stayed there." Ashton reminded him.
"Okay, you win. Park?"
"Yeah, some of the guys might be there. We can have a game of football. Practice isn't the same without you there." They turned off the street they were on and headed towards the park, laughing and joking along the street.

"Look who decided to join us," Michael said as they got closer to the football pitch. "Ashton and his closeted Asian."
"Always a pleasure Michael," Calum sneered, throwing him a dirty look out of the corner of his eye.
"I'm sure," Michael smirked, raising an eyebrow suggestively. Calum glared at him.
"I thought you didn't like football Clifford?"
"Well, you see, the thing is, Luke's working right now and I was bored, I say bored, my mum forced me out of the house because your mother is currently visiting her, so the guys invited me to come with them. As for football, I don't mind a kick about now and then, I just don't understand why it's such a big deal. Does that answer your question?"
"I never really asked a question," Calum stated, shrugging his shoulders. "Is alright if we join in?"
"Of course, the teams will still be even. Calum, you're on my team, we're shooting that way," Thomas said, pointing toward the goal facing towards the entrance of the park. "Ashton, you're on the other team. I assume you're going to be in goal."
"Yep."
"Alright, we already flipped a coin to see who plays kickoff, Ryan's team is taking it."
Ryan Young, midfielder in the school team kicked the ball to his teammate, Olly Macintosh and the game began. Calum and Michael were on opposite teams, so the game quickly became extremely competitive, especially when Michael started resorting to dirty tactics, aimed at Calum. He tripped him up, called him names and did as much as he could to try and distract Calum.
"What was that for?" Calum demanded when Michael stuck his leg out and almost tripped him up for the third time during the match.
"I was simply stretching my leg," Michael replied casually. "Have you got a problem with that?"
"You were doing no such thing, that was deliberate!"
