"That's was better Noah." Thomas shouted, as the reserve striker kicked the ball, almost getting it past Ashton.
"Better! Better? I'm playing better than everyone else on this team."
"You're lucky you're playing at all Noah," Thomas told him. "Trust me, if Calum was on the team you wouldn't be here."
"Calum got himself chucked off the team cause he couldn't stop himself from punching Michael Clifford."
"I'd like to see you be around Michael for 5 minutes and not punch him." Calum added.
"Everyone else manages."
"Noah, just go get changed." Thomas told him, shaking his head.
"Why are you two mad at me anyway, I was actually playing well, unlike half of the rest of the team?"
"Noah, if you played football as well as you talked shit, we would have already won the bloody cup." Calum said sassily. Noah scowled at him, grabbing his jumped off the bench and running toward the changing room.
"That's him told." Thomas yawned, grabbing his bag. "I'm knackered"
"I can tell." Calum replied. "Do you want IceDream or not?"
"Nah, I'm alright."
"Do you want to go to mine? Michael is probably there too but we can ignore him." Calum suggested. "Besides, Joy hasn't seen you for awhile."
"Well we can't have that." Thomas gasped dramatically." To Calum's."
----------------------------------------------"Mum, are you home?" Calum called through the house when he and Thomas got there. The house was silent, except for the strumming of a guitar upstairs in Calum's bedroom.
"I told him he could play it one time and now he thinks he owns the thing." Calum muttered.
"What?"
"Michaels playing my guitar." Calum explained, "without my permission."
"How dare he?" Thomas gasped uncertainly.
"I'm not in the mood to yell at him, he didn't break it the last time. I trust him enough to take care of it."
"It sounds like your guitar is a person." Thomas laughed, throwing himself down in the sofa.
"It very special to me, not that he knows that. He'll probably laugh if I told him it has sentimental value."
"You never know Calum," Thomas said, "Michael probably understands you more than you think he does."
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"It means you have the same-"
"-personality, sense of humour, sexuality, take your pick Thomas, I've heard them all before." Calum interrupted.
"I just don't see how you two don't get along." Thomas shrugged. "The two most popular guys in the school, your mums are best friends, you've got the same taste in music, and you generally like the same things."

FanficThere are some people on this planet that, from the moment you meet them, you can't stand. For Calum Hood, this was Michael Clifford, who was, in Calum's opinion, one of the most obnoxious people he had ever met. However, it seems he was the only p...
