Chapter 17: Thursday

Orion's Pov. Thursday.

Will, West, and David came into the room. They literally had to drag me away from her. Holly and Lily went into the room. Will dragged me to a guest room.

"Get it together," he stood in my face. I growled at him,"go take a shower and get dressed. He'll be here in two hours. Get some coffee for him West."

Will started ordering me to do stuff. I growled and walked to the shower. I put my hand on the shower wall. I could feel her. She was in the shower just across the hallway.

Arabella's Pov

"Alright, get in the shower pretty girl. Take a pill and get over it," Lily said. I frowned at her and turned in the bed,"Alright Holly, help me drag her."

Holly and Lily lifted me off the bed. I growled at both of them as Holly put a pill in my hand. I took it, not really caring what it was.

"Go take a shower," I slowly walked to the shower and leaned against the wall. I think I passed out because everything went black.

I woke up and looked around the room. Holly was sitting on a dresser that was pushed in front of the door. Lily was sitting on the edge of the bed. I sat up and looked around. I was wearing a short burgundy dress. There was makeup on my face. My hair was even curled.

"What happened?" I asked. Lily just stared at me.

"You passed out. You're a lot easier to work with when you're out like a light," Lily answered. Holly nodded at her.

I stood up and walked around the room. Holly sprayed me with perfume, making me sneeze.

"Holly, open the damn door," Orion leaned against the door. Holly sat on top the dresser again.

"No," she yelled through the door. I was walking to the door when Lily grabbed onto my arm.

"The king is coming any minute now. You both have to stay clean," she murmured. I sat on the bed again.

"Please Holly. Please. C'mon Arie. I need you. Please," he started begging. I got up again. Holly stood in front of the door.

"If I let you in here, you're not going to mess up her makeup right? It took me half an hour to cover all the marks on her neck," Holly said. Orion went silent.

"Okay, I just want go see her," he murmured. Holly pushed the dresser from the door and opened it. Lily grabbed onto my arm.

Orion was held by West and Will. He just stared at me.

"I'm just going to kiss her. Let me go," he said. Will looked reluctant but let go of him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me into him,"I can deal. I can deal if she's close to me."

"Will and I will be in the room too. We'll signal at you if you're going off," Holly said just as the doorbell rung. Orion pulled away from me.

He grabbed my arm as he walked down the stairs. I followed him. He opened the door and bowed at the man.

"King," Orion said. The king nodded at him then walked into the house like it was his own. He walked upstairs to Orion's office.

"So this is your Luna. What's her name?" He asked sitting at Orion's desk. Orion sat in one chair. I sat in the other.

"Arabella Skye," Orion said. The king just stared at me.

"She's beautiful. She's a hybrid. She's pretty uncontrollable," he said. I looked at the ground and crossed my legs like Lily said to.

"I can control her," Orion said. He was obviously lying.

"I never thought of you as a candidate. Someone told me to look into you. Your family was killed at a young age. You were alone when you came to this pack. You were a brilliant beta. You mysteriously became the alpha. You had a mate that you had a child with. They both disappeared," he looked away from Orion to me,"Arabella Skye. You are a hybrid. Your mother cheated on your father. You have a half brother who is a vampire. You met Orion five years ago. It was the time he was cheating on his mate. He picked you up in a bar. He snuck you into the pack for two years as his whore. You became his mate. That is where we are now. He plans to marry you. Tell me, what do you know about being a Luna?"
