Arabella's Pov

It was the next day. Apparently, I've been asleep for a whole day. Orion would expect my heat to be over now. It was the perfect time for him to come back.

"Ms. Skye, I'd like to give you an ultrasound," the doctor said. I nodded at him,"good, now how far along are you?"

"I'll be three months in two weeks," I turned to look at Holly and Parker.

The doctor started the machine. He put the cold gel on my stomach. I closed my eyes for a few minutes.

"There's no internal bleeding and the baby is fine. Would you like to know the sex?" He asked. I opened my eyes.

"No."

"Alright, you'll be free to go in a few hours," he wiped the gel from my stomach and put the machine away.

I closed my eyes. When I woke up again, Orion was sitting in the chair where Parker was sitting.

He took a deep breath when he saw me turn to face him.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Other than the feeling of getting ran over, I'm fine," I smiled at him. He laughed and stood up.

"I should've never left you baby. You wouldn't be here if I didn't leave you," he kissed my forehead. I grabbed his hand.

"Stop overreacting, I'm fine," I sat up. He just kept staring at me.

"I'm taking you home in a few hours. Get some sleep," he leaned against the door. I opened my mouth to tell him then closed it and closed my eyes. I couldn't tell him.

"Make sure Autumns okay," I moved in the bed.

"Can you tell us apart?" He asked. I looked between both of them. They both looked like Orion. They both looked just like him.

"I don't think she can," the other Orion said. They both wore the same thing. Orion and his identical twin brother. They looked just alike.

How could I not tell them apart?

"Arie," I sat up and looked around the room. I was in my bed. How'd I get here?"it was a dream babe."

"I'm fine," I ran a hand through my hair. Orion just watched me,"how long have I been out?"

"Well, that was breakfast, and lunch, then dinner. This is breakfast," he held up the bags. I took one from him and took the breakfast burrito from it.

It practically melted in my mouth. This was the best burrito I have ever tasted.

"I think you like that burrito more than you like me," I smiled and put it down,"Arie, you ignored my calls the entire week. Did I do something wrong?"

"No," no Orion. You didn't do anything wrong. I'm the one screwing up. I have screwed up big time.

"Are you upset because I had to train?" He frowned and sat on the bottom of the bed.

"No Orion, let's just drop this. I'll fix my mood, I promise," he frowned at me again.

"Orion, we got another body," Will knocked on the door.

"Check it for poison?" He pulled the door open.

"It's clear," he said. I got out the bed and followed him out the door.

"Arie, we need to talk," Holly said. I turned to look at Orion.

"It's cool, I'll see you later," Orion kissed my cheek and walked down the hallway.
