Chapter 6 - Lucy Zeriff
So Lucy picked up Zack and take him to the hospital. Zack was completely unconscious there on back seat. Very wet but very hot because of high fever. But aside from that feeling, the feeling of disappointment was the most sad of it. Disappointed on what Scarlet have said to him.
"I cannot see you again Zack. This is the last. GOODBYE!"
Zack's POV
Last night was a very rough night to me. All my subconsciousness fade away. The last thing I remember is falling and now I'm on the hospital with Lucy, my childhood friend that suddenly came back to my life.
"A . . Ano. . . Anong nangyare? Bakit ako nandito? And is that really you Lucy?" sabi ko na medyo nalilito pa sa pangyayare
"Of course it's me! Hahaha" she said while sarcastingly smiling
"Anong nangyare Lucy? Bakit nandito na ako sa hospital?"
"Don't you remember anything last night? Your body collapsed because of your high fever"
"Oh right. I remember now. How long that I've been here?"
"You've been here in almost 5 months!"
"Whaaat!? Seriously?" I yelled
"Naah! Just kidding. You are here just a couple of hours I guess"
"It's not funny Lucy!" galit kong sinabi
"Sorna. Bad joke"
"Tsss. Ok"
"Bakit ka ba kase nandoon sa park na yun at nagpapaulan? Your gonna get yourself killed there!"
"Bla bla bla! Anyway, iuwi mo na ako dito. Alam mo namang I hate places like hospitals diba. Icheck out mo na ako. I'm going outside"
Some normal kids are scared of places like horror houses, caves and forests, pero iba ako sa kanila. Bata pa lang ako ay takot na ako on places like hospitals. I always hate the feeling of loneliness and sorrow that the hospitals contains eh. So I don't like this. I feel like suffocating inside this room.
"Hanggang ngayon pa rin ba takot ka pa rin sa ospital? Hahaha! Just like when we were kids" pagbibiro nya
Wala na akong pakealam sa sinasabi nya. Tinry kong tumayo at tinanggal ko yung swero na nakakabit sakin.
"Wait Zack! Just sit right there. Hindi mo pa kayang tumayo. Just wait tito and tita to get here before we leave!"
"No Lucy! I want to leave now right away! Tsaka mom and dad will not gonna get in here soon probably because of their junk jobs. Kaya umalis na tayo!" I insisted
"Ok fine. It seems like nothing's gonna prevent you from leaving this place" she said with a boring tone
"Come on Lucy. Help me with this thing to be removed in my body. I hate this somekind of medical thing in me"
"Ok ok. I'm coming boss. Here! Put on your clothes that your parents gave me last night"
"Ok fine. Check my name out on the receptionist first"
I put on the clothes that she gave me. Then, I immediately open the room's door and Lucy was patiently waiting on the side seats.
"Why took you so long?" she said
"Come on. Let's go out of this horrible place!"
"Fine. Get in my car and I will drive you home"
I went into Lucy's car and seated on the front. Lucy started to drive.
"Maiba ko Zack. You did not answer my question earlier"
