Chapter 8 - The Reaper

Days have passed and I never seen any sign of Scarlet yet. Nasan na kaya sya? Is she alright? One thing is for sure, hahanapin ko sya at kung totoo man yung sabi ng manghuhula, I will save her no matter what.
So I went to our school and find her but I was disappointed to see her. Pero naalala ko na baka dun sa lumang park ko sya makikita. So I also went to the same old park where I used to see her hoping that she is there sitting on her usual bench. Pero wala sya dun. Wala sya dun. I wait and wait and wait. Until the sun goes down.
"Scarlet! Where are you?!" I screamed but it seems like no one is on the park but sounds of crickets but I won't give up yet.
Nandito pa rin ako sa lumang park na ito. Where it is dark now and very creepy. I only see shades of trees beside the lampposts that captured my eyeball.
"Scarlet! I know that you are here! Please!" Yet no response of anyone but birds answered. Aalis na sana ako hanggang may narinig akong parang may babaeng tumatakbo.
"Haaa. Haaa! Haa!" Sound of a girl running towards me.
Could it be? Could it really be?
"Scar! Is that you?!"
"Zack! What are you doing here? It's dangerous!" She said in a very tired and husky voice
"I'm here for you Scar! I will save you"
"Di mo naiintindihan Zack. You can't save me from him" sabi nya
"I'll do anything for you. No matter what!"
Then I hugged her very tight on my arms. She is very cold. "It's okay now Scar"
"Umalis ka na Zack! Habang wala pa sya"
"Sinong wala pa?" Suddenly a guy appeared in front of us. It's the hoodie guy in black! What the?!!
"Hey you! What do you really want with my bestfriend? Huh?!!" Paghahamon ko
"Zack! No! Don't fight him. You can't beat him" said Scarlet
"It's okay Scar. I can handle this"
"Hahaha! Zack right? Kilala mo ba kung sino at ano ako?" Sabi nung hoodie guy with a very deep voice. Napakalagong ng boses nya na parang. .
"Sino ka ba talaga? Anong kailangan mo kay Scarlet?"
"Wala ka talagang ideya ano?"
"Ano nga!" Sigaw ko
"Hahaha! (Ang lagong din ng tawa nya) I'm a reaper Zack! At ako ang kukuha kay Scarlet!"
"What?!! What are you talking about? Bakit mo kukunin si Scarlet?"
