She dropped her last duffle bag on the ground before plopping on her behind on the cushion. Lydia had just finished getting all her things inside her tent. Before that, she also had no chance but to waste thirty minutes just to stand her tent up. Her tent was big enough for about five people to fit and it was colored navy blue and there was an extra lighter blue colored cover inside so it wouldn't seem see-through. Her blue Toyota Yaris was parked about fifteen steps away and behind her tent making it give less effort to carry her things from there to here. Her tent was fixed a couple feet away from the pile of wood which she figured out, will soon be lit with fire. Her spot was great.
Before she got her last duffel bag in, she had already locked her car. Lydia didn't bother changing her clothes even though it clearly wasn't something anyone would wear during camping. She was wearing a plain tube dress colored maroon and an orange blazer. Not to mention, she was also wearing sandals matching her outfit. Her strawberry blonde hair was tied in a bun but some stubborn curls were hanging.
She got out of her tent. The sun had just finished setting so it was already sun down. The sky was dark blue and Lydia loved it. She always adored the color of the sky especially those rare times when the sky was violet, orange etc.
They have been playing remixes of different songs that were popular or are popular right now. Teenagers were still doing the same things mentioned earlier but some had already given up and went dancing.
Lydia figured she needed a drink after all the energy she let out doing a little thing. She wiped her sweat as she approached the table. The table was steeled and stood tight on the ground. On it were different types of alcohols like beer, wine, rum, tequila, etc. The only nonalcoholic drinks on the table were softdrink beverages and last but not least, energy drinks. Of course, there's food.
Lydia grabbed a red plastic cup and poured herself a fill of sting energy drink. She immediately gulped it down.
Suddenly, someone hit her from behind causing her to exclaim as the red liquid toppled off the cup she was sipping on. Luckily, she was able to dudge before it was gonna stain her shirt and make a complete mess. Sting only fell on the ground.
" Hey! " Lydia yelled turning around.
A familiar girl with long raven hair, brown eyes and beautiful features stood before her and she wore a bright smile before it started to fade away. Then, Lydia realized this was the same girl at the lady's accessories shop.
" Hey, you were that, uh, the underwear girl! " the girl pointed.
Lydia flushed and shrinked but she managed to hide the embarrassment immediately. She turned her frown upside down. " That's quite the nickname but I prefer Lydia. "
The girl grinned at her before introducing herself. " Allison. " she said.
" So, what brings you here, Allison? "
Allison looked down at Lydia, since she was taller than her. She gave her a look like she was crazy.
" Uh, I'm actually gonna do a little bit of a big part during the campfire. " Allison said with pride and a giggle.
Lydia furrowed her brows. " And what's that? " she asked.
" Argent! Allison Argent! " Someone called behind them from a few feet away.
Allison's long raven hair flipped as she turned her head around. A bit of it even hit Lydia's face. She jerked a bit.
It was just some guy calling her attention. The guy then signalled Allison to come over. Afterwards, Allison excused herself from Lydia before running over to where the guy was standing.
