His eyes stared on to the blank space of the darkness on his feet. His hands latched to one another and his own fingers intertwined. He sat on the cushion of his bed staring at his own silhouette across the room from the moonlight. He gently pulled his shirt up from the back grunting in distress. He looked over from his shoulder and saw that his back was barely even healed. He closed his eyes in disappointment.

Suddenly, he heard a sound.

He didn't move an inch. He looked at the corner of his eye seeing a figure entering his room from his open window. Slowly taking the dagger hidden from under the foam of his bed, he got ready and when he felt the figure getting closer, he bounced and went at the figure. Expecting he'd pin the figure against his wall, he found himself being pinned on it himself. He creased his eyebrows. What the fuck?

" What the hell, Stiles?! "

Stiles' face softened. " Lydia? "

Apparently, it had been a week or more since the incident at school. Stiles and Lydia had gotten out of the hospital. Lydia was out earlier than Stiles since his injuries were much more serious than hers. He stayed at the hospital to recover for almost a week. Stiles' parents wanted him to stay there longer for healing but Stiles disagreed for there was already so much time taken on him from the outside world. He hadn't gone to school for a week! And for him, it was a burden he just couldn't take. He already missed the exam Lydia and he studied for before the incident and a lot of other activities Malia and Allison told him about. The rest of the pack visited him, of course, and other relatives and close friends. Even Erica wanted to visit him and so she did and Liam and Jackson as well! Truth be told, Stiles definitely didn't want to see them. They had to get through Malia who was so furious about what they did to her cousin especially Erica who she wanted to tear apart right there at the time. Luckily, Scott was there to calm her down and stop her as always. Allison was giving Stiles daily visits after school and telling him what they did in school and other fun stuff that happened on her day. Stiles' parents were barely living the hospital or his room. They gave him all these delicious goods like his favorite foods and other things that lightened up his mood. He loved his visits so much and enjoyed them but he still wanted this one person to see. Lydia.

Truth be told, Lydia was the number one person he wanted to see through his days at the hospital. He really wanted to see how she was doing or if she was okay. He asked his parents a lot of times about her status but they never did. So, Stiles asked the others instead which gladly welcomed his questions about her. They answered everything from him. It got him relieved but still hungry for her presence.

Speaking about Lydia, since she got out earlier, her parents wanted her to stay at home and not at school but Lydia refused and kept going to the hospital for Stiles. She's wanted to see him ever since she woke up from her minimal comatose. She was supposed to resting and healing but no. Lydia had been skipping a lot of classes and school just to see him. She was barely even in school at all. She spent her days looking for a way to see Stiles but his parents were always there at the hospital with him. They kept blocking her way and refusing her visits for they blamed Lydia for what happened to their son. Yes. They know about the supernatural shit going on in Beacon Hills so they were very much informed about the exact details that happened to Stiles. She was there when she got out but his parents still stopped them from talking. Stiles didn't know any of this.

For days, Lydia tried so had to see Stiles but they just kept stopping her.

And so, it had been five days since Stiles got out of the hospital and they've never spoken a word to each other. Maybe it was because they just didn't know where to start with the questions. Maybe they thought none of then would want to talk to each other. Lydia had been rejected by his parents and so she feared he must've also blamed her for what saving her life caused him. And Stiles? He feared Lydia didn't wanna talk to him or see him for he thought Lydia hadn't been there at the hospital to see him. He thought she must've taken him as a stupid kid who risked his life for her.
