The moonlight shone from the night sky. The whole city on her sight. Tiny little lights that were the city lights were evident on the view. Cold night breeze passed through her direction. Her brown eyes staring up at the white circle above that was the moon. She wore a long loose cotton jacket that had pale colors mixed, white shorts with a purple thin shirt underneath her jacket. Her arms crossed and her shoulder length brownish blonde hair lightly flipped around from behind her. Malia.

Malia was standing on a cliff with the whole city right in front of her. The cliff was on the woods of Beacon Hills. She stood and stared at the moon above. Malia was thinking. She was thinking about what happened earlier with Lydia in the cafeteria.

Can you ever do something without  getting in trouble with that fucking hole on your face?!

Lydia's voice came echoing back to her. Perhaps she was a little too harsh on anyone around her. Maybe Lydia was right.

Suddenly, she heard a sound. She turned her head around making her short hair flip. Malia's eyes scanned on the dark seeing no one through her bright ocean blue eyes. She blinked as she noticed there was a familiar presence and a scent she knew.

" You have a habit of stalking me, don't you? " Malia asked frowning.

Scott came out of the bushes. He sighed in disappointment that he was caught. His red eyes glowed and slowly faded away to Malia's the same normal brown color. Malia looked at Scott and her blue werecoyote eyes faded away.

" What are you doing here? " she asked creasing her eyebrows sounding annoyed.

Scott walked over to her putting his hands in his pockets. " If you think I was following you, I wasn't. "

Malia huffed giving him a fake smile. " Oh, really? I suppose you have a good fake excuse to tell me. "

He pressed his lips in a hard line and looked down. " This was the spot me and Allison used to go when we were together. "

Malia's face softened and unexpectedly, she found herself feeling her muscles shrink in her chest. She ignored it and focused on Scott's words.

Scott continued, " We rendezvoused on this spot after I give her a secret message where I know she can find. We used to spend every night together on this place and enjoy the view and just talk about our future and how we're gonna figure out how to run away together one day. "

Malia looked at him smelling sadness and it made her throat ache. Awkwardly, she started playing with her fingers. Malia had no idea how Scott could make her feel like this. " And you still go here. "

"..."

She looked out to the view. " You still love Allison, don't you? "

"..."

" I could see the way you are when she's around. " she said.

"..."

Malia glanced at Scott and looked down. " I know it's none of my business but, what about Lydia? "

Scott looked at Malia this time and stood beside her looking at the view in front of them.

" Lydia's in love with Stiles. " Scott said.

Malia swiftly raised her eyebrows in surprise. She was actually surprised hearing such news. Of course, she thought there was something going on between Stiles and Lydia but she never thought about that word. LOVE.

" How do you know? " Malia asked.
Scott kept his gaze on Malia and answered, " I could see the way she is when he's around. "

She gazed down and pressed her lips together. Scott had recycled her line earlier.
