"Have you already picked a movie, Love?" Ed asked, walking into the living room, a big bowl of popcorn in his hands. We decided to just stay at home tonight and watch some movies.

"Yes," I smiled at him as he got comfortable on the sofa next to me.

"What did you pick?"

I showed him the DVD cover.

"The Conjuring?" he asked, raising his eyebrows. "Love, you hate horror movies. You're always afraid of everything afterwards." I shook my head.

"Not this time. It's just a movie."

He smirked. "Alright, as you wish. But don't say I didn't warn you. It was your choice." I rolled my eyes at him and grabbed the remote to turn on the TV.

I leaned back and stuffed a handful of popcorn in my mouth. At the beginning of the movie, I wasn't scared at all but as we were half through it, I couldn't stop biting my lip, to keep me from making any noise. I grabbed a pillow and pulled it into my chest. Ed noticed and took a glance at me.

"Do you want to turn it off?"

YES!

"Nope." I buried my face into the pillow and praid that Ed wouldn't notice how scared I was by the movie.
As the next scene came on, I couldn't take it anymore. I squealed, almost falling off the sofa. "Ed!" I crawled over to him, shaking from head to toe. I hid my face in his shoulder and pressed my eyes together.

"You alright?" Ed asked while wrapping his arms around me and pulling me onto his lap.

"Turn it off," I mumbled into his chest.
"What?" I could hear the smirk in his voice.

"Gosh Edward, turn it off! You were right, I'm fucking scared," I whined, sounding like a cry baby.

Moments later he switched off the TV and silence filled the room. I sighed in relief, lifting my head to look into Ed's pretty eyes. "I'm not going to close my eyes for a single second tonight," I told him. He grinned.

"I've told you. But don't worry, I'm going to protect you from all the evil demons."

"Stop making fun of me!" I pouted and crossed my arms over my chest.

"I would never ever make fun of you, my Love!" He said, pretending to be shocked.

"Stop it!" I burried my head into his chest again, blushing. "Ugh, you're so mean to me."

"I love you too, Darling," he laughed and placed a kiss on top of my head
