Mutant Town ~* Completed *~

Chapter 17

     While waiting for Leo to come back I turned on his TV and saw it 2as already on the DVD channel. So I found his DVD collection witch was not much but picked a movie that seemed interesting ' Rigoletto '
    I opened it to find it written inside. ' I know you don't like birthday presents but I got this for you... it's my favorite movie... so Im gaving it to you. Happy birthday!' Then it showed a signature on the bottom saying Vaye.
   " Awww. Man she really have high over heals for you leo..." I said with a smile and a blush.
    I then placed the movie in  the DVD player and sat down while it started to play throw the trailers. I looked around as I then heard the movie playing.
   So i started watching it and already loved it. As it was about a man that lived in a huge mansion. Others would think of the man as a monster because of what his face looked like.
   I some how got to infront of the TV as I watched it when he was singing to teach the little girl to sing. " Wow his voice is so..."
    While I was so fascinated I blushed and had my hands in my chest when the house phone rang i did a quickly scream and jumped as I placed a hand on my heart.
   I looked to the phone and went to it hesitating to answer. " Leo did not say that I can't answer the house phone..."
    I then slowly grabbed the phone and bright it to my ears. " Hello?"
    " Who's this? Where's Leo?" Said a man in the other line as I placed a hand on my shirt. " H-He had to go to the police station..."
    I said with a studder while he then answered. " Fine... tell him his brother raph called."
     My eyes widened. " Wait! Your Raphael?" I saked as I heard him. " Uhh... yeah... so just have him call me back..."
   I was smiling while hearing his voice talking to me. But I then Shook my head and answered back fast. " Okay I will!"
    He hanged up as I placed the phone down and screamed in exitment and landed on the couch kicking my feet in the air.
    I then Hurd some one unlocking the door so I got up and walked slightly to the door as Vaye came in seeing me.
    She smiled and sit looked like she had something in her hands. " Hey Kri. Leo told me to come and get you something to eat. Sense he does not really have anything in the house."
    Vaye then looked to the TV seeing what I had on making her smile more as she also looked surprised. " He still has it?"
   I fallowed her while she grabbed the case seeing her hand writing still in it.
    " Does leo know?" I asked as she then looked at me a little confused. " Know about what?"
   I laughed as I got closer to her. " That you like him."
    Vaye blushed as she looked like she was going to panic. " Please don't tell! If... if he finds out he will-"
   " wah calm down... I'm not going to tell him..." I said as I had my hands up in the air. Then she came to the couch sitting down. " There is as law here about mutants and humans..."
    I sat next to her while she looked at me sad. " any human and mutant together in a relationship... are to be executed..."
   I looked shocked at that while she looked down at the movie covor. " ever sense I saw leo at the Academy i... I could not help myself and started to have feelings for him..."
     I placed a hand on her shoulder. " I won't tell... I promise."
     She smiled and nod her head as she then whipped her eyes. "Well I better go." She handed me the bag and started for the door. I wanted to stop her but I also felt that she needed time to her self.
     I sat down and looked at the bag seeing some burgers. So I grabbed one and slowly unwrapped it to take a bit.

    Once I was done eating I just sat there and finished the movie as I felt tears fall from how sad it was at the end.
  But I wiped my tear away as this was the 5th time watching it. I got up to use the bathroom. Right when I was done and getting out I heard noises coming from the door. So I went over and looked throw the peak hole even though I was a little to short to look throw it.
    I quickly backed up as the door opened and instantly I heard Leo yelling while opening the door with what looked like his left arm wrapped up. " Yeah well next time his is in front lines and not me!"
    Leo then slammed the door and turned to see me standing there as I could tell that he forgot that I was staying here. " Are you... okay leo?"
   He just grunned and walked passed me while saying out a little louder then I thought as it made me jump a little. " I'm fine!"
    He then slammed his bedroom door as I looked confused and concerned. I looked down as I saw that I was holding the back of his couch as if i was going to fall.
    So I let it go and quickly grabbed the bag Vaye got me to eat and I then want to the kitchen to throw it away.
    I sat back on the couch signing as I felt that I was being captived in a cage that I could not leave out of.
    So I then laid down and turned off the TV and DVD player with the same remote. While it then got black and dark I just signed again and looked at the ceiling.
    A tear fell as I closed my eyes wishing that all that has happened would just stop and have it be the way it was before this hole nightmare happened.
