Mutant Town ~* Completed *~

Chapter 28

     I watched every one run to the ball as I was easily getting left behind from being way shorter.
    My team was around as Raph went to our rivles so they would not make a point. I was trying to keep up with the ball as I then saw one of the aligators tale come in front of me as it then made me trip and fell on my stomach.
    " Get up human!" Darell yelled as I then got up and tried to get to the ball as a Aligator got the ball.
     ' No!' I yelled in my own thoughts as I then tried to get in front of the Aligator but to get bumped out of the way falling on my butt. ' shit!'
    I hit the ground with my teeth showing mad as i then got up as I looked more mad.
    Darell got in front of me cutting me off as i was up and saw an opening to get the ball. ' Damn!' I then went over to Darells side as a Aligator tale came out no where and I tripped over it and fell on my shoulder a little hard as Darell yelled as he ran off to get the ball. " If you are going to be this useless then get off the court!"
     I looked at him then down to the ground with my hands turning into fists as I grind my teeth. I had my eyes shut as I tried to not tear up. ' I'm failing... I... I cant...'
    As I heard the ball coming this way with every one I heard some one yell as I then looked up. " Kri!"
     I saw Raph coming up as he was running my way with the ball as the Aligators was very close behind. But I quickly got up and started for the hoop as Raph was getting closer.
    I was hearing cheering as I looked out and saw our friends as Griz, Shado and Vaye was on their feet as they yelled and clapped their hands.
     I then saw Leo as he was sitting but looked like he was worried that I was going to get hurt. I looked back to the hoop and then started running faster as I got close to the hoop and then turned fast as raph was by my side.
     I then ran at the closesed aligator and put my arms up as a ' X '  in front of my face. The gator ran into me as we both got slammed to the ground hard as the Aligator came down with me.
     " What the hell!" The aligator said as he looked down at me snarling with his teeth showing. I felt my chest barely moving as I was to scared at seeing his teeth close to me as he had me slightly pinned to the ground.
     " I told you! Back off!" Raph yelled as he came over and grabbed the aligators sides and rolled taking the gator with him and off of me.
     I get up and see raph as he then pushed the Aligator as he ran back at raph and they started fighting.
     A whistle was heard and as the same fox came in and brakes the fight off. " knock it off! Or you two will be disqualified for the rest of the game!"
    Raph and the Aligator looked at each other as Raph then walked back to the bench and sat down as he looked at two other players that was back up. " You two take me and Kri's spots."
      They nod and ran on as I looked at raph breathing a little hard. " I'm sorry... I failing us..."
    " No your not. They are cheating... I saw them tripping you more then once that is a rule..." Raph said as he grabbed two water bottles and thru one at me as ii looked at it then at him as he took a drink.

    As I was sitting on the porch I was watching Raph as he was standing and watching his team as he slightly yelled. " Come one get the ball!"
    I looked back out there and saw the Aligators trying to trip the mutants but they noticed them and dodge the tales. Then Raph came into my vew as i looked at him know while it looked like he was getting more stressed out. " come on Darell! Run faster!... keep the damn ball in your hand!"
     I took in a breath and stood up as I then went to raphs side. " I am ready to get back in."
    Raph looked at me. " Are you sure Kri?"
    I smirked at him and nod while he then looked back out to the court. Then another whistle was made as Raph yelled. " Darell get over here!"
    Darell looked confused as was i but when Darell came to my side he was breathed slightly hard. " What's up Raph?"
     " You are taking are brake... Kri you go in."
    " What!" Me and Darell yelled at the same time as we looked at Raph as if he was crazy. " are you cray! We are two points behind and you want to send her out there!"
   " I have to agree Raph... I might have not been in the team long... but I know Darell is one of your very best players..."  As i said that in front of Raph as he looked calm while he then spoke to Darell. " I am serious. She is going in and you rest."
    " Hell no! We never have gotten beaten before and I'm not going to get one know! This human will make us fail!"
    I looked at Darell as I got mad and yelled before I knew what I said and then ran off to not hear what he was going to say. " I will show you! So shut up Darell!"
    Darell looked at her as he looked surprised that she yelled at him. He looked to raph as he smirked at Darell then looked at me and yelled. " remember Kri they are a team trust them!"
    I nod and got to the team as I looked at them while they looked worried seeing me. " just let me get the ball from them when you guys cant... you can trust me this time!"
    They smiled and nod so we then went back in and ran for the ball. As I was already getting by a Aligator I saw his tale and thought in my head. ' Not this time!'
    I then jumped and landed on my feet missing the tales as I skid between a Aligator and grabbed the ball. " Hey!"
    I smirked and bounced the ball as I ran at the closeses team member and was about to bounce the ball to him but an Aligator got in front of me.
    I bit my lip but ran at him and stood right in front of him as he tried to get the ball.
    But I bounced it between my lags and had a hand behind myself grabbing the ball.
    The alligator got mad as I then quickly bounced the ball between mine and the aligators lags as he came right in front of me.
     The ball bounced away from us as it then got into my team member the monkeys hands as he then bounced the ball and shot the ball in our hoop as we where now tied to in our score.
