Ara left almost a week now. And I have to say, I am missing her beyond words. Since she came home for Mika and Jeron's wedding, I've done everything I can so I can spend as much time with her.

If it's too much to ask, I wish I could spend every second of my life with her and our son. I couldn't help but ask myself of the 'what ifs'. But no matter, she's back and we're in good terms. As I've always say, I will take her in whatever form she's comfortable to be taken. And I am happy that she agreed.

"Hey big boy, we'll see Mommy in a bit, don't go to sleep yet," I told Tyrone as he lay beside me on the bed.

"Okay daddy," Tyrone sat up properly and moved closer to me. "You think Babe will agree?"

"I'm not sure, but if you'll promise her that you will be careful. I think she will agree," I said.

Tyrone beamed at me. He's asking me something that my big brother instilled in his mind. I need Ara's approval before giving Tyrone this one. She might go wild if I don't consult her.

I set up my laptop in front of me and Tyrone. I started a video call with Ara. She texted me that she's home and she wanted to see Tyrone.

"Babe!" Tyrone exclaimed when Ara's face popped on the screen.

"Hello Babe! How's my baby?" Ara said enthusiastically.

Her beautiful face, that I missed so much, smiled. It's annoying the hell out of me that she's million miles away from me now. This is frustrating, if she'll only let me, I would fly there right at this moment.

"Hey, Ars!" I greeted.

"Hey *cough *cough kamusta kayo diyan?" she said.

"Are you sick?" I asked when I realized that she doesn't look well. Her eyes are a bit drowsy and her nose is a bit fluffy red.

"Wala, trangkaso lang ng konti. The weather here is erratic, naninibago lang ulit," she said with her sick voice. "William allowed me a day off. So I don't have work today."

I couldn't help but get worried. She's sick and she's all by herself there.

"Sunod na kaya kami diyan," I blurted out without thinking. Sorry guys, can't help it.

"Hay naku po, kung aalis kayo ngayon diyan, pagdating niyo dito, magaling na ko. Okay lang ako. Kayo kamusta diyan?" she asked but I can't concentrate.

My hands are itching to book a flight right now.

"Hoy Thomas! Okay lang ako, huwag ka ng mag-alala diyan. Keri na to, ako pa ba," she said but was sniffing and coughing in between.

"Pwede bang hindi ako mag-alala? Sana talaga hindi na ako pumayag na umalis kang mag-isa," I said.

"Urgh, can you stop that? I want a more happy conversation please," she said and used her cutie face.

Why can't I say no to her? This girl is my Achilles' Heel.

"Daddy, ask babe," Tyrone tugged my sleeve.

"Ask me what? Ano yan ha?" Ara immediately investigated.

"Kasi si Kuya Axel may nakwento dito kahapon. He told Tyrone when we were younger Dad taught us how to bike. Alam mo naman tong curiousity ng anak mo. Ang daming tanong which all led to him asking if I could teach him how, too," I explained.

"Ha? Bike? Delikado yan," Ara reacted as expected.

"I was planning to buy a bike with training wheels pa naman," I told her.
