Thursday came and past Alexander went to work again and so did John, after work they went to central park and had a late lunch under the trees. When they got home all their friends were waiting and they had and amazing dinner.
Alexander started sleeping in John's room, and every night they fell asleep with the sound each other's breathing.
On Saturday when Alex woke up from his internal alarm clock he lightly slid out of bed and got dressed. He slipped on his shoes and grabbed his wallet and keys of the kitchen table. Alexander opens their apartment door and closed lightly behind him so not to wake John. He walk ed a few blocks down the nearest corner store and bought a box of pancake mix and some cooking oil, he assumed they had milk and eggs back in the fridge in the apartment. Next Alexander started the walk home stopping by the Starbucks on the way on ordering his and John's regular orders, witch he knew by heart. When Alexander closed the apartment door just as lightly as he did on the other side in his way out, he turned to see a shaken John standing by the couch wrapped in a blanket staring sickly him. Concerned, Alexander raised an eyebrow saying
"Babe are you okay? I was just out to buy breakfast and coffee, I wanted to surprise you!" He said holding up the heavy plastic bag and cardboard coffee tray. John snapped out of his daze and smiled.
" I'm sorry, yeah I'm fine, I just woke up and you weren't there and I got scared then I heard the door and went to go check it out." Alexander set the bag and his coffee on the table walking over with one coffee still in his hand. Alexander led John back to bed and laid him down hanging him the coffee cup that said john on it in scrawled hand writing and a small kiss in the forehead.
"Breakfast will be ready in 20, get some rest" Alexander said smiling as he exited the room.
