Taylor POV
"My sisters friend gave it to me, Jackson. Then he asked for it back a few days ago...I swear" I say through my shortness of breath. His claws are digging in my stomach.
"Well tell your friend that David is looking for him" he takes his claws out of my stomach and vanishes.
Jackson POV
Taylor told me about David. Me and him used to be best friends a while back. He wanted me to travel and kill with him. I didn't want to kill. He tried to force me to go with him, even tried to kidnap me in the middle of the night. I fought back and we haven't seen each other since then. I'm meeting him at dusk in the park.
I arrive and see that someone was on the swings. One moves back and forth as if someone had just got off. I look around and see a figure off in the distance, coming closer. It's David.
"Well well well, look who we have here. Jackson. I remember when you wanted to be all innocent and caring. Not wanting to really embrace what you really are. A vampire." David said.
"Just because I'm a vampire doesn't mean I have to be a monster. I manage to resist the urge. I hear you are looking for this" I pull out the necklace with the gold pendant in the center.
He grabs it. "You used it"
"Yea I may have used a little. Does that make you mad" I smile.
"I will kill you and everyone you care about. Do you know how hard this is to get?" He chokes my neck and is raising me off the ground.
"It stops werewolves from feeling their transition. Why would you need it? You are a vampire." I say
"Because I'm not just a vampire. I'm a hybrid." His eyes turn green. I've never seen a hybrid before.
"How do I get you more?"
"Figure it out or else there will be another hybrid in town".
He drops me and walks away. I'm going to have to ask a witch. Tabby. Hopefully she can make some up.
Kendall POV
Im driving home when a car next to me just comes out of no where. I'm going around a curve when the car next to me swerves into me. I loose control of the car; it spins a few times before flipping. Then everything just goes black.
