Whatever Jackson is I decide to push the thought out of my head. Nothing can ruin this night. I walk back into the gym looking for Jackson but he's gone. Whatever, I'll see him later. Me and my friends talk about how our nights going. Tabby and Josh seem to be getting pretty close. We all here our favorite songs come back on.
TABBY POV
Me and my best friends are having so much fun dancing. Josh comes up and joins us. The song ends so I go to the bleachers to take my heels off. I make a joke about how heels are painful and Josh laughs. I smile at the joke and our eyes connect. In that moment, everything changed. The only thing that mattered was me and him. All of my problems disappeared. And in that moment he kissed me, sending sparks of joy throughout my entire body. That's how I want to feel. Like I can do anything in this world. When I'm with Josh, I feel like that.
Our lips depart and he says "I've always liked you Tabby. From the moment I first layed my eyes on you, I knew that you were the women I wanted to be with."
"It's about time you came around" I say smiling. Then we go back to kissing.
SYDNEY POV
After a while the mystery man disappears and I didn't even realize it. My friends come up to me and I tell them all about it. How could someone have the courage to steal me from my friends, dance with me, tell me I'm beautiful, and yet leave without even saying goodbye?
CAMRYN POV
It's getting close towards the end of the dance. Cameron hasn't really made any moves yet, which makes me think that he's not into me. But something else tells me that he is. I don't know what to listen to; my heart or my brain.
KENDALL POV
I'm starting to get worried because I have not seen Jackson for over an hour. Then I turn around and to my surprise I see Jackson, dancing with another girl. He's having fun with her and laughing. I know it seems like I'm jealous but I'm not. I just don't like how he ran off and left me in the dust. I walk up to him with my head held high. He acknowledges my presence.
"Hey where'd you go?" I ask.
"I just wanted to find some of my other friends" he says.
Ouch.
I look over at the girl smiling.
"Where are my manners? Kendall, this is Brianna. My girlfriend" Jackson says. Sending knives into my heart.
