Sydney POV
I've been failing English class. I just can't keep up with all of the assignments. I've been slacking and I need to pick up the pace. I'm walking to English right now for after school tutoring.
"Hello Sydney. You're in luck because it's just gonna be you and me today" mr Oakley says.
I smile back at him and take a seat in the front of the class, so I can see the board easily.
~time lapse~
It's been about an hour so our time is almost up.
"And that is what a metaphor is"
Mr. Oakley says, finishing his presentation.
I finish writing down my notes and then I pack up my things.
"So I'll be seeing you again tomorrow after school?" He asks me
"Yea" I reply.
"I can't wait, see you then"
"See ya then"
After that I leave his class. When the door shuts I just realize that he said 'I can't wait', did he mean that he can't wait to see me? I guess that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, after all he is pretty cute. But it's not like I'm gonna have an actual relationship with him, he's my teacher (😏).
