Chapter Seven

Alyx

"Mum!" Ruben yelled. I dived out of the chair I was sat in and teleported to where his voice was coming from. My heart was racing a million miles per hour.

"What's wrong?" I asked realising we were in Luna's room.

"I heard her cry out for help and her ornament smashed on the floor and then next minute she was gone..." He trailed off. His hands held a piece of paper. He handed it to me and I looked down at it.

"If you want dear Luna back, meet me where we last met. Within the next twelve hours." I paused. "Feel free to bring her mate. Your beloved demon." I took a deep breath.

"Mum?" Ruben went to rest a hand on my shoulder. I turned and punched the wall with all the strength I could muster. I felt tears well up in my eyes.

"Ruben, call your dad." I whispered quietly. I shook out my hair and removed my fist from the wall.

"Okay..." he took out his phone.

I took out my own phone and dialled Luke's number.

"Hey! You're not mad at me whatsoever for the date are you?" He asked rushed.

"Luke get here now, it's Luna." I croaked.

"Oh, okay. I'll be there as soon as." With that he put the phone down and I sunk to my knees.

"Dad will be here in the next five minutes." Ruben whispered hugging me lightly.

We sat in silence till both boys entered the room, their hair windswept and panic on their faces.

"What's wrong?" Calum asked dropping to his knees beside me and wrapping his arms around me.

So Ruben explained everything as I sat there in complete shock. Calum was rubbing my back all the time Ruben spoke.

"I also have something to say." I whispered quietly. "You can't object to it because I don't know exactly how it happened..."

"What are you on about?" Calum asked. Luke in the background tugging on his hair.

I stood up shakily and closed my eyes taking deep and steady breaths. I opened my eyes and heard the flutter of clothes. I was in the outfit from when I got kidnapped. Small daggers hidden along my outfit.

"Mum?..." Ruben asked eyes wide.

"I'm sorry I kept it from you guys..." I trailed off. "I didn't mean to..."

"You're a demon? The exact same scum that just took our daughter?" Calum raised his voice and took a few steps towards me and I teleported away. I was now on the opposite side of the room.

"I think you mean the exact same species that's getting our daughter back? Gee Calum sorry for being such an inconvenience because I'm suddenly stronger than I used to be." I seethed anger coursing through my veins. "Luke let's go. I'm only allowed to bring you with me." I lit the little sheet of paper on fire that held the note.

"Alyx..." Calum trailed off.

"I'll drop Luna off here when I get her. Don't worry I won't be a nuisance to you anymore." I turned my head grabbing Luke's arm and teleporting us to the forbidden realm. Luke stood in shock.

"You're so badass, a demon werewolf." Luke trailed off. I laughed slightly.

"I guess so, now come on. We have a daughter and a mate to save." I looked up at the tall vampire. His eyes flashed red and smirked his fangs poking out. "Here's a special present too."

With those words I materialised a sword and handed to him. His eyes widened slightly.

"Let's go save Luna." He narrowed his eyes and sped off following his nose. I followed him using the demon strength to keep up with him.
