September 30th (Federation Square, Sunrise)

Last night was yet another sleepless night; and I wasn't surprised. I was exhausted by the time Luke and I got back to the hotel, and after I grabbed my stuff from my room. But by then, it was three am; and I had to be up in two hours, so I didn't see the point in sleeping. Monti looked just as bad as I did, once we got in the car, "I'm so glad you're okay, boo," she said to me
"I'm not," I told her, "I'm the farthest thing from okay,"
"I meant physically, I know you're not, I could fucking kill him,"
"I will be though," I shrugged, "can we just forget about it?" I asked, "I just wanna put on a good show today,"
"You got boo,"

We were in hair and makeup, when I saw a few familiar faces walk in, "thank God you're okay," Michael said, rushing over to me, and trying to give me a hug. I just smiled, and let the makeup artist try and cover up the dark circles under my eyes, that would probably never go away
"Where's Holly?" I asked, I stayed in her room last night, along with Crystal. Surprisingly Crystal and I had started to get along, over the last couple of months, and what surprised me even more, was her taking my side last night
"Her and Crystal went to check on him," Calum said, "but Holly told me they'd be here shortly,"
"He's not gonna be with them is he?" I asked, even though I knew that he would most likely show up, I didn't want to be anywhere near him; even though I knew we needed to talk; I just wasn't ready. And I don't know if I ever would be
"I don't know babe," Calum said, "but we'll make sure he stays away from you,"

After they'd finished with mine and Monti's hair and makeup for the show, it was still half an hour before we had to go on for a quick soundcheck. This was definitely going to be weird for us. Soundcheck normally involved us, playing a few songs, just to the crew; but today we were playing it to thousands of fans. This was crazy.

We were sitting at a table, in Transport Bar, waiting for our call. We were sitting around drinking coffee and talking. I was zoning in and out, I was still completely exhausted, and this coffee wasn't doing anything for me; but I knew that getting up on that stage, would ignite that same adrenaline rush, "so Luke mentioned something to us, on the way over," Ashton spoke up
"What's that?" Monti asked
"That you wanted us to play Hell and Back with you tomorrow," Calum explained
"Can you?" I asked
"Do you really want us to?" Michael asked
"I mean..." Monti said, "this is the first I've heard of this, but I'm down, it makes sense,"
"How does it make sense?" Ash questioned
"Have you heard the song?" I asked
"Of course we have," Ash said, "but I don't get it,"
"You guys have a huge part in what happened, for us to get to where we are today, and even though no one, really knows the so called hell I went through, you guys, took a chance on us, to get us to where we are now,"
"Well I'm in," Ashton said
"Me too," Michael agreed, "how many people normally attend the Grand Final?"
"Almost a hundred thousand," I answered, "so what do you say Cal?" I asked
"I don't see why not," he said, "so what happens tomorrow?"

It was about five minutes later, we were called to go on for a quick Soundcheck. And then at eight am, it was time for our interview, "so you girls have literally taken the world by storm," Sam Armytage said, "and you've only been on the radar, since April this year, how does that feel?"
"It's crazy," I admitted, "I don't think either of us expected any of this to happen,"
"Like this quickly?" Kochie asked, "or at all?"
Both Monti and I looked at each other, before she decided to answer this one, "at all really," she said, "we just uploaded covers for fun,"
"But then after a horrible day, we decided to upload our original, which neither of us expected to gain so much attention, and then to get picked up by Hi or Hey and having John Feldman wanting to help us," I continued, "it was just crazy,"
"We can only imagine," Sam said, "so what's it been like for you two girls? Leaving behind everything you know, and moving to the other side of the world,"
"It was crazy for sure, we were fortunate enough to have had Brian be very supportive of us from day one, and he showed up to our first day at the studio, and showed us around and introduced us to people," Monti answered, "it was extremely hard as well, like we both had extremely close relationships with our families, and then to pack up and leave so suddenly was really hard,"
"Are you two still close with your families?" Kochie asked
"I am," Monti answered, "I literally called my mum everyday for the for the first couple of weeks,"
"And Gia?" Sam asked, "what about your family?"
"Not so much, my family weren't exactly supportive of me leaving, and our relationship has been strained ever since," I answered truthfully, "and it was extremely hard, in the course of the first part of the tour, when Monti had her brother show up, and Luke had his entire family come and support them; but I was fortunate enough to actually talk to Luke's mum, and she acted like a mum to me, when I needed someone over that course of time as well,"
