"So back to your music," Mel said, "how did John Feldman, come across you guys? A lot of people, especially members of Hey Violet and their fans, are saying you purposely sent the video to the Seconds of Summer guys, and demanded that they show the video to John Feldman, is that the case at all?"

"That is the farthest thing from the truth!" I admitted

"I did accidentally send the link to the video to Ashton, but I told him not to look at it, as soon as I realised what I'd done,"

"As far as I know, the guys had no idea, that we'd even written an original song. They knew that we'd performed covers at the gig, but that was it,"

"So who showed John Feldman the video?"

"It was Brian," I said, "he'd been following us pretty closely since we released the cover of Missing You. He told Feldy, we had amazing talent, and that if 5SOS didn't want to work with us, he was going to talk to his label, and us that way,"

"Feldy wasn't gonna take the chance on not helping us, and have us blow up with out him, and he's gone an done an amazing job, we wouldn't be where we are, without Brian or Feldy,"

"You've achieved a lot for two girls who have literally just started out in the industry," Mel said, "and it's obvious, you're extremely grateful for those who have helped you, did you ever think you'd win an American Music Award, and he nominated for so many Grammy Awards, in such a short amount of time? You girls have been nominated for the Grammy's by any artist just starting out, I don't think any Australian artist or group has achieved anything like this,"

"We never thought this would happen at all," Monti said, "we honestly thought that we'd flop, and everyone would hate us,"

"We were terrified to even go on stage and open for 5 Seconds of Summer, and I nearly threw up the night of our first gig in LA, when we first got there,"

"What's been your best and worst experiences, since your sudden rise to fame, Monti, we'll start with you,"

"The best experience, has to be the whole thing I guess, I mean, we performed at Madison Square Garden, we've performed at The Aria awards, and we've released an album," she said, "the worst, would have to be the paparazzi hounding us, over the last month and having stories about our past leaked; and although, we've spoken about them now, we kept them private for a reason,"

"And Gia?"

"Exactly what Monti said," I answered, "everything has been great, except for the story that got leaked, and having rumours spread about me," I took a breathe, "we've learnt some pretty huge lessons in the short time we've been in the Hollywood scene,"

"And what would those lessons be?"

"With girls, Hollywood, seems to be exactly like high school, there's other bands and musicians jealous, of what we've achieved, and we've also realised who our real friends are,"

"Do you have a lot of real friends in your circle?"

"Not a lot, but enough," Monti answered

"Have you kept a lot of your friends from Melbourne since moving?"

"No," I answered honestly, "Holly, whose behind the scenes for us, has been there since day one, she treats us exactly the same as if nothing changed,"

"We've had friends who we stopped talking to, wanting to be friends with us, just because of who we are and who we're friends with," Monti continued, "one guy, started a rumour, that G cheated on him, just because he was jealous that she was living this life, without him in it,"
