I wake up from someone kicking my boot. I rolled over to see Stefan beside me unconscious; I also realized we were on a wooden floor. I opened my eyes wider, making my splitting head ache worse. I realized Stefan and I were on the floor of a truck and the caskets with my family in them were in the back with us. We weren't moving. Klaus looks at me as I sit up. "You broke my neck!" I hissed. "Just wait a second, love. It's all part of my plan. Just play along." He hushed. I rolled my eyes. I watched him kick Stefan's foot and he wakes up and sits up. "Just give me a chance to explain myself okay." Stefan begged. "No need." Klaus said sternly. "I'm not mad. I'm just curious Rebekah seems to think your holding onto something. A piece of your old life. Thing is she's got flawless instincts almost supernatural. So I thought I would check it out and see for myself what you've been hiding." Klaus says as he gets up and walks to the end of the truck, he opens it. I peek out of door to see the sun shining in. "Welcome back to Mystic Falls." Klaus hissed before he snapped Stefans neck once more. He dropped to the floor with a thud and I sat up.
"Keep a watchful eye on this one until I return my love." Klaus motioned to Stefan before he jumped out of the truck and vanished. I pulled myself to the free edge of the vehicle letting my feet hang out just as Rebekah pulled herself up to sit beside me. "What are we doing here?" Rebekah asked as I rolled my neck feeling it healing together. "We are here to collect our doppelganger." I smirked. "Once we have the doppelganger we can make the hybrids and take out Mikeal." I reminded Rebekah with a smile. I couldn't wait to be done with this town. I did not wish to return especially so soon. The town held so many painful memories for me. "Then what?" Rebekah asked curiously. "I don't know, perhaps we restart again." I mused with hope in my tone. "Where?" She wondered. "I don't know. I would love to return to our home in New Orleans." I smiled as I could practically hear the music that played in the streets. "You were happiest there." She remembered. "I miss it." I said as I squeezed her hand. I felt the truck move a bit and both Rebekah and I turned to see Stefan waking up. "Oh, he lives." Rebekah joked as Stefan sat up. I smirked as Stefan turned to see me sitting next to him. "What happened?" Stefan asked as he rubbed his neck. "You took a beating. Klaus has been breaking your neck all afternoon. Quite the temper." I laughed by his side. "Why did he bring us back to Mystic Falls?" Stefan asked playing along. "You can stop playing dumb now. It didn't take him long to figure out what you've been hiding." Rebekah hissed. "I'm not hiding anything. I've done everything Klaus has asked me to." Stefan almost argued. "No, you just failed to mention that the doppelganger's still alive." She growled. "Where is Klaus now?" Stefan panicked. "With any luck, ripping that cow's bloody head off." Rebekah threatened harshly. Stefan leaped from the truck and charged for Rebekah. They both flew from the truck and onto the hard asphalt where they wrestled for a moment until Stefan was on top holding her down. "Where is she?" He growled in her face. "You really do love her, don't you?" She asked in a softer tone. She was hurt I could tell. When he didn't answer she shoved him off of her. She got to her feet and pushed him against the truck. With a hard throw she punches him and takes a crowbar from the back of the truck. She puts the hook of the crowbar behind his neck and pulls him toward her. "Consider me jealous." She hissed viciously before she drives the crowbar through his stomach. "Come on, Darling, were late for the show." I smirked as I took her hand before I kicked Stefan over.Klaus and I led Elena down the hall, both him and I holding onto one of Elena's arms. "You put a rather large kink in my plans, sweetheart. The whole point of breaking the curse and becoming a hybrid was to make more hybrids. I haven't been able to do that. Now my bet is, it has something to do with the fact that you're still breathing." Klaus hissed. "If you're going to kill me, just do it!" Elena snarled. "Not until I know I'm right. But I do have ways of making you suffer." Klaus smirked as he pulled her into the gym. I walked up to the few students that were setting up pranks. "Attention, seniors. You have officially been busted. Prank night is over. Head on home." I commanded. I noticed a girl and another student. I get closer to them and smile "You two. I remember you." I smirked as I looked them over. "I'm sorry. Who are you?" The girl asked "Oh, don't worry. I wasn't in my right head last time we met." I smirked as I remembered being in Alina's poor human body. The girl looked up to me confused. I widened my pulps captivating her full attention as I compelled her. "Lift your foot up please, Dana." I compelled. She does so. I look at the boy. "If she drops her foot Chad I want you to beat her to death. Understood?" I asked in an innocent voice. Chad nods. "Don't, Lina. You don't have to hurt anybody." Elena cried out. "Oh come on, love. Of course she does. And you won't be getting anywhere by calling her that name, that girl is gone." Klaus laughed as I held Elena's gaze with cold eyes. "Why don't you go and see what Rebekah is up to, Love." Klaus smirked as he held Elena. "Go on. I've got this." He assured me.
