Like shattered glass,
And Aurora Borealis
Trapped inside one little eye.
No one has ever looked that way at someone like I!
Her eyes, so beautiful and clear,
Tell the truth, and the soul's always near.
Captivated by shimmering colors, light refracted,
If only she knew, how hard I acted.
So my utter astonishment wouldn't show.
But somehow I felt, she did know.
I mean, there's no way those intelligent eyes,
Wouldn't know something that changed the color of the skies.
