What is trust but a Hope? But a Dream?
But something you'd think, and never sing.
It is what it is, what it isn't, sometimes it just is,
But against all odds, it continues to live.
"I promise," two words binding and tight,
Yet easily broken by us, followed by immediate flight.
Readily broken, and uncertainly given,
Pain testimony of life living.
Trust, a simple word, yet actions so arduous,
And after effects are more than torturous.
