I was messing around with my friends,
Getting in everyone's way to no end.
I was pushed, and stumbled back into the crowd.
Time stopped; I hadn't known it was allowed.
A simple smell touched my nose,
That of vanilla, wild as rose.
I spotted a girl, with a vanilla'ish smile
And wanted to follow her many a mile.
But I blinked, and she had passed.
My glimpse of her did not last.
I search on and on for the girl of wild vanilla
But I can't find her, as much as I wanna...
Just proving that some moments are to stay
When others are "Think fast, catch her today."
I regret blinking, least I could've seen where she'd gone.
I wish to find her some day, that beautiful girl of dawn.
