Chapter 29 - Just The Tip

11:45 P.M.

20 minutes precluding Phillips' starstruck performance...

  Tears of laughter creep from the crevices of her eyes as Nurse Williams looks at her watch and says "I have to finish checking on my other patients now.

  You guys are doing the most!  Mister Bob... Mister Taylor, do any of you guys need anything from me?" she asks as Officer Bob looks in Jamie's direction with a confused look upon his face while asking "Did you just say Mister Taylor?  Furthermore, did you say 'guys'?"  Her laughter escalates as she glances toward Jamie's direction at the slight.

  "Yes Miss Williams, you can help us all out by bringing shorty over here another few inches..." says Jamie as her and Nurse Williams simultaneously burst out into laughter once again before the nurse regains her composure, and goes about her way to tend to her additional patients. 

  Excluding his involvement in the levity, Officer Bob's bare feet touch the floor as he struggles to make his way towards the door holding his hospital gown close to himself to ensure none of his parts are revealed.

  Jamie watches his slow movements with subtle laughter as he approaches the door.  Upon reaching the entrance, he pulls the door completely shut and turns back looking in Jamie's direction with a strange glare about himself.

  Jamie pulls her purse towards herself as she anxiously awaits to retaliate.  He stands leant against the door to prevent any interference as he says to her "You're doing something for me." Jamie's scrunches her face at him while slowly reaching inside and cocking the hammer back, praying that he makes the wrong move.

  Her weapon was aimed toward his direction from the inside of her handbag as she graciously provides a smile.  "I'm doing what?"  she responds.  Knowing that his life is in jeopardy at this moment, he digresses his statement and provides a small bit of laughter as he slowly makes his way back towards his bed with Jamie keeping her eyes on him the entire transit.

  "Keep it up!" Jamie says as a warning to him as she immediately retracts her statement "Oh yeah.  Oops...my bad...you can't."

7:30 A.M.

Nurse Williams returns to the room to check on the odd couple prior to the end of her shift while noticing Officer Bob reclined comfortably within his bed, sound asleep as Jamie's mattress was unoccupied.

  Figuring Jamie just made a mere stop to the laboratory, the nurse decides to tidy up the room a bit by removing excess meal trays, then emptying the trash.  Seeing that the sheets were beginning to drag excessively along the left side of Officer Bob's bed, she adjusts them by placing them over him, ensuring that he is in complete comfort.

  She also notices that several of the flowers that were previously thrown, courtesy of Phillip, remained amongst the deck along with random sunflower seed shells from who-knows-where as she gathers them all for disposal. 

  Two of the thrown flowers appeared midway beneath Officer Bob's bed as Nurse Williams kneeled down and reached as far as she could to collected them.  She gathers the first, however, when she reaches for the second, she suddenly is snatched back by tight grasp of Officer Bob's grip as he held the back of her hair tightly, pulling her by her blonde lace front.

  A startled Nurse Williams watches in fear as he slowly rises before her.  Unable to move, she struggles helplessly as he slowly lifts the front of his hospital gown revealing what remained of him to her.  Her struggle became more intense upon witnessing the horrific display that he bestowed upon her.

  He used force to pull her head closer as she unwillingly witnesses the sight of an over-circumsized throbbing nub aimed her way.  She screams "Nooooooooooooo...." as he is now within an inch of her bottom lip....
