U, Me & She

Chapter 33 - Bedtime Story

...Jamie reaches in her purse and exposes her pistol allowing her purse to completely fall from her shoulder and land beside her feet.

  Aiming the barrel towards Dana's forehead, she slowly pulls back the hammer and rests her finger along the trigger anxiously awaiting what's next.

  Lorenzo puts his hands in the air and takes a step back saying "Jay, man put that shit up man.  C'mon." Jamie leans the barrel closer to Dana's forehead as it makes contact with her flesh.

  Dana closes her eyes tightly while slipping her left hand inside her jacket in search for her plastic bag of powder.  "Here goes nothing." She thinks to herself as she senses this is the end.

  As her hands shake uncontrollably, she pulls the baggy out and reaches her extended pinky nail inside the powdered substance, scooping up her final sniff as a cushion for her very last ride.

  As she brings her nail closer to her nostril, Jamie yells "Bitch, snort all of that shit now!"  Dana's hand shakes vigorously as she makes her best attempt to steady her aim with the barrel pressed against her forehead.

  She spills quite a bit as Jamie's fury heightens further.  "I said NOW!" She screams as Lorenzo shouts "Jay, what the fuck bruh?" Dana takes a long hard sniff as the residue surrounds her nostril.

  "Keep fucking going!" Jamie yells as she redirects the pistol toward the side of Lorenzo's  temple screaming "...and that door better not open as much as an inch.  You fucking hear me?!?" With a confused look, he presses the button that refrains the elevator door from opening continuously. 

  Dana continues ingesting the substance as a stream of tears trickle along the sides of her face.

  "I'm.... soooo.....sorry..."

<sniff>

Dana mumbles as she senses Jamie's sinister glare beyond her eyelids that remained shut.

   Jamie once again redirects the pistol toward Dana and taps her forehead with the barrel saying "Now eat the rest of that shit."

Dana's teary eyes slowly open as her eyes shift from the plastic bag to Jamie's face repeatedly.  Reluctantly, she holds the opening to the bag wide as she slowly pulls it closely toward her lips.

  The powdered substance pours from the bag along her tongue as she taps the bottom to gather what remained.   She musters the courage to take a deep swallow as Jamie moves the barrel between her lips saying "Now open wide."

  Dana opens her mouth wide displaying that all of it was swallowed as Jamie delivers an unexpected blow to her temple with the side of her pistol.

  Dana fades out of consciousness as the last thing she hears from Jamie's lips is "Go to sleep...."
