MARINETTE'S POV

"I never really had the chance to play much, but I would play from time to time."

"Want to come over to my place? I have a cool game that I just love, and we can play it together. You're not busy at the moment, right?"

"Nope, I'm not busy. I have at least two hours to spare."

"Then let's hurry, I mean start making our way to my place. It's nearby, so there is no need to run." Yesterday, I definitely got the message that he will not run.

"Just so you know, I'm a bit rusty at games, so don't be so hard on me," he said.

"No promises. I never let people down easy when it comes to games, but I'll try."

We then started making our way.

"So, when did you first become a singer? Has it always been your dream?" I asked Felix to start up a conversation. I didn't want it to be silent the whole way even though we are not that far.

"I started singing ever since I was six because singing would usually make me feel at ease. You can let go of your emotions when singing, so I would also write and compose my own songs."

"Wow. I knew that was why I loved your music once Alya let me listen to it."

FELIX'S POV

I didn't think anyone would care about what I sang. None of my fans would even ask me that question. But, what does she mean?

"What do you mean that's why you loved my songs?"

"Well...how do I put this... you sing with.. purpose through how you release your emotions through song and sending a message." I am definitely in shock that she actually listens to the lyrics and appreciates each word since I mostly write the lyrics to most of my songs. "I know I heard one of your songs before, but I didn't know it was you who sang it. I focus on the lyrics rather than just the person."

"Thank you for listening to my music," I feel so happy inside, and I think I'm actually smiling on the outside.

"So you can have a big smile. You should smile more often, not just for your modeling career and your music career, but for yourself. Anyway, we're here," she said as we stood outside of a bakery. We then went inside.

She greeted her parents and introduced me. "I am so sorry to intrude. I hope that I am not causing any trouble," I said quickly.

"Don't worry, make yourself at home." Marinette's dad said and her mom nodded.

"Come on Felix," Marinette said as she leads me to her room. I have never seen a girl's room. Now that I think about it... is it appropriate? I mean it's not like I'll do anything to her... but the fact that we are going to be alone in a room is making my heart beat uncontrollably...She opened the door letting me in first.

"Let me just set up the game. It's the best. Just make yourself comfortable. You can sit on my bed if you want," she smiled at me. I could feel myself heat up as I sat on her bed. Welp, I never saw me in this situation. I was only homeschooled and always prevented from making friends, and if I was ever let out, I have always put on a serious face, but it's because nothing...no one truly made me happy. My parents only use me to model and took advantage of my supposedly gifted singing...

"Okay, the game is ready. Are you ready?" Marinette turned to me holding a game controller towards me.

Time passed by, and I had so much fun. We laughed, and we played random games. I then looked at my watch. Oh no, I'm going to be late for my model shoot. I texted my limo driver to start making his way.
