MARINETTE'S POV
I really hope my alternate reality dad will do okay. But, he might disappear when I use my miraculous unless that alternate reality was somewhat real. There's so much we don't know about the world yet. All of a sudden, I feel Chat's arms around me.
"Be careful! Are you okay, my lady? You seem to be spacing out that you almost crashed into that building," Chat Noir gave me a worried look.
"Sorry, I can't help but still think about my alternate reality family. I'll focus. Come on," I tell Adrien. I forgot that I am running on the roofs of buildings looking for the akumatized person with Chat Noir. Then, I see the akumatized girl in front of Chat Noir's house. "Chat, come hide here. She's in front of your house."
"My dad must still be in there!" Chat said and was about to run straight toward the akumatized girl.
"Wait! We can't just run up to her and attack. We have to sneak around her. Her portals are really powerful, and we might end up sucked into another portal."
"You're right, my lady. I'm sorry."
"Hey," I say as I put my hand on his shoulder, "we are going to make sure your dad is safe." He nods.
"Hmm, where do you think the akuma is?" Chat asked me.
"Well, when she shoots her portals, it comes from her gloves. Let's see what my lucky charm is," I tell Chat he nodded.
"Lucky charm!" I say. Then, I get a megaphone.
"I'm pretty sure you're voice is loud enough to get her attention," Chat tells me. I look around to start planning.
"Alright, this time, I'll distract her. I will go behind that portal, so make sure you're behind her. Use your cataclysm on her glove to release the akuma."
"Be careful, purrincess. Chat whispers to me. He kisses my forehead before he goes to sneak behind the girl.
I go behind a portal and use the megaphone. There a different voice options on it, so I am going to make my voice sound distant but loud.
"Hey! Let me out of this portal! Where is Chat Noir!" I yell through the megaphone.
"What?! How are you getting out of the portal?!" The akumatized girl exclaimed in confusion.
She walks slowly to the portal. Chat sneaks his way to her with his cataclysmic hand. He did it!
"Gotcha. In any world, my lady and I will always defeat evil."
"Good job, Chat!" I tell him as I grab the butterfly i my yo-yo. "Good bye little butterfly! Miraculous Ladybug!"
"Pound it," both of us say in unison. We both then go find a good spot to detransform.
"Hey, do your remember anything that happened when we were sucked in the portal?" CHat asked.
"Hmm, nope. At least we got out of there somehow."
Then, Adrien hugged me tight.
"A-Adrien. What's wrong?" I asked.
"Don't...don't ever do that again. I was so scared when you sacrificed yourself. I could have saved you...I don't want to lose you," Adrien tells me in a shaky voice. I feel tears on my shoulder.
"Adrien... I'm sorry. I did what I though would be right. I trusted that I will somehow make my way out or that you would somehow find me..." I put my arms around Adrien to comfort him.
We stay in place for what felt like minutes. We just embraced each other's presence.
"Umm, you both should really find your parents. They must be worried," Tikki spoke up.
