What would I change as president of the USA?
I'd make sure that all my citizens are okay
I'd give them money to fend for themselves
So that they can pursue their dreams instead of letting their dreams sit on a big shelf
I'd give them a big house to sleep in
I'd make sure none of them live garbage bin by garbage bin
I'd give them food to eat
So that they don't have to beg from the street
I'd make sure that every disease out there is taken care of and announced
I'd make sure that the poor don't have to bounce
From one place to another and be so sad
I'd give them a reason to feel glad
I'd make sure that every single citizen, whether rich or poor
Should have everything they need and more
I'd make sure that the rich give to the poor too
Because we need to feel equal and not separated just because of race, religion, culture, ethnicity, to name a fewThat brings me on to my second reason
Why do we hate each other so much? Is it something that's in season?
I myself try to make everyone feel equal in my eyes
Doesn't everyone realize?
The main thing isn't looks or the status of a person; the main thing is the heart
So, then why do we feel so apart?
We're not a we anymore
That walked out the door
A while ago
So, now we're a nation without a "we"
We're missing equality
Just because I am different than you doesn't warrant your behavior towards me. I am right, no?So, if you vote for me today
I will change the "status" of a "poor" person to a rich one and we'll see what you say
You will no longer feel the stares of inequality
Instead, you'll feel the stares of people who feel equal to you and me
You'll no longer feel like "we" went out the window
A while ago
Instead, you'll walk around, proud to be part of this nation
This nation will finally cause you elation instead of frustration
So, vote for me today
And I will be the sunshines ray
