Even when you don't feel like saying it today
Say it with all of your heart and mean what you say
Of course, that won't happen right away

But still, don't forget your thank you's mean a lot to someone
Think of that when you get the job done
Even if saying thank you to you isn't fun
It'll brighten up someone's day and turn their smile into the sun

Meaning, their smile will shine so bright
Even at night
So when you see them again, say another thank you for brightening up your day or night and making it into a night light
And enjoy the sight

Even if it's not a real one: the thank you and the night light, it'll brighten up their day, for sure
Because you appreciated what they're doing even if it's not till your core
So, brighten up someone's day with a thank you, even the poor
Because they are collecting money from you at your door

Even if that's the case, tell them a big thank you
Because any human being deserves to be appreciated, even at their lowest, and that is true
So, tell anyone you meet whom you know well enough, that a thank you will go right to someone's heart and make them happy too
