I know most people are tired of seeing election related things (I know I am.) And I can feel literal fear of many oppressed and minor groups in America today. Heck I'm extremely fearful considering my background and other things. So here I am just giving a positivity writing today. Even if it seems like the end, it's not. Amongst the discouragement, the disappointment, the fear it's the time to stand together. Remember encouragement, courage and empathy. Today I saw nearly a thousand of my university's students march outside in the middle of the campus, chanting and reminding to band together (peaceful protests no violence whatsoever). No mention of hate at all, although there is much reason to hate Trump, just don't create a toxic environment.

Let it be known how much oppressed groups (blacks, Muslims, Latinix, LGBTA+), including people with disabilities and working class are very important. There are people who care deeply for you. No matter the racism, so it's the time to live and give out a voice. This isn't the time to sit back just when we see a HUGE hurdle to the social advancements we have made. All of the younger generation has realized how much has changed, and we cannot be influenced by backwards thinking. We cannot let backwards thinking invoke fear in us. I keep checking Facebook, and I remember my little autistic brother and my new baby cousin. It's the time to educate them the right way, it's up to us to educate all upcoming generations about the changes we made can can make.

Let it be known that the US has hit several rock bottoms. But we can rise. And even if we wanted Trump impeached, there's still Pence who's worse. But no one can predict the future, all we can do is wait, and rise, stand, say something, unite, when we see wrongdoings right?

Even if you feel like you can't do nothing, that's not true. Just showing how much you love the people of the groups feeling threatened under Trumps presidency is still doing something. Your friends who fear to live in the country. Even if it doesn't feel like much, many of my friends who are Asian, Muslim, other races and sexualities say the same thing.

And for everyone feeling fear out there, this may not be much, but even if everything feels like it's crumbling you don't have to fall. Guaranteed there is someone willing to reach out their hand for you.
