i don't know why the sky is blue
i don't know what causes thunder

i don't know where butterflies fly to
i don't know why the grass is green
bit i do know

i don't know how to write a song
i don't know how to make a great barbecue
i don't know how to do a cartwheel
but i do know

i don't know what i ever did
i don't know what how to construe
i don't know what magic brought you to me
but i do know
deep in my heart and soul
