i have tried in the past

to ... well, tone it down

find better ways to express myself

to not be such a clown

i have used the word 'freakin'

but it doesn't pack a punch

and then there is 'frackin'

really, i'm losing my lunch

and then there is ..

buck and chuck

and cluck and muck

schmuck and suck

and fruck and yukkkkkkkkkkkk ...

just doesn't work for me

if i am going to sweat

and run a little amok

then i am going to do it properly

i don't give
