we all know
how the final chapter will end
but at those pearly gates
will we be able to defend
what will we leave behind
what will the people say
how will we feel inside
on that judgement day
we don't have to be heroes
have power, money and fame
we don't have to be evil
hatred, fear and disdain
we simply have to be ourselves
and treat others with respect
then you will be able to look in the mirror
and like what reflects
