she was just a young girl
just 18
headed to the big city
from small town
somewhere
fresh off the bus
excitement in her eyes
the whole world at her feet
her future unknown
a small room
just a 5 minute walk
from the bus terminal
no need for a taxi
its not that far
and besides
it is such a beautiful night
what could go wrong
she never made it
to the room
just 5 minutes away
