a single flower
in desert grows
a fragrant oasis
a desert rose
its roots search deep
for nature's breath
a single drop
separates life from death
though sun scorches
and storms prevail
the darkness freezes
but to no avail
the desert rose
fights to survive
a single flower
all that left alive
