So here's my story of being an aromantic asexual~So, I was just starting middle school and mid year into it, I found out I was aromantic. Now I have tons of internet friends and we have this group. And most of them are bi but we have one cinnamon roll that's gay. But one of the ones I'm the closest too is panromantic asexual, and everyone in the group supports one another (One of the reasons I love this group so much). So going back into the present, it's when one of my friends that I knew outside of the internet started to like a few guys but I couldn't understand why? That's when I started to started to do my research. So I went on google, I know so reliable right? And I started looking around until I hit it. Aromantic. Everything matched up so I knew "hey that's me"The first person I was going to tell was definitely the one who helped me figure out I was asexual. And oh my she was extremely supportive. Who knew? Opposites attract huehue! Get it because panromantics like everyone and aromantics maybe will only like one person if not none...back to the story. The next person I was gonna tell was another panromantic person who I was friends with outside of the internet. And again she was supportive. She didn't treat me any different. And that friend of mine that liked multiple guys? She came out to be bi the next day, nonetheless she was supportive of me being aromantic and we were supportive of her as well. Now the hard part. Telling my family. I didn't want to just say "Hey in an aromantic asexual" no it had to be special. It ended up me asking my mom if I could buy a shirt. The shirt was an aromantic shirt and had the letters NAH on it with the aromantic colors. It was great, my sister came in while I was asking my mom and she recognized those colors because her friend is aromantic and she just gave me a thumbs up!~ My mom didn't understand it so I had to get my sister to help me explain. They were all supportive~Thank you for listening <3
