So, when I was in 7th grade, I thought I was heterosexual. Then I started volleyball. The uniforms really showed off some girls' bodies. There was one girl in particular, my sister's best friend. She was so pretty, my number one crush. I immediately told my friend about it at our next meeting of confessions, (don't ask) and she said that she also found her attractive. I though to myself, "maybe it's just a one time thing" and moved on. The next week, she started a convo with me. I was speechless. I did have a boy crush as well, but I was starting to catch feelings for a girl in the 8th grade. I tell my mom about everything, so naturally, my crush came up. So, I told her. Straight up. No hiding. She was cool with it! What I did was tell the people that are important to me, aside from my dad and stepmom. Not over text, but to their face. I told them that I don't want them to treat me any differently and if they want to then don't get mad when I push them out of my life. After a while, my friends and I were discussing sexuality I realized that I was bisexual. LIVE ON THE BI SIDE. That is my motto.Ps. Please stop using the term straight because it sounds like people are supposed to be like that and I don't feel that way.
