I was too pissed that I don't even change my working attires and wear it to the dinner.
Sooyeon unnie waved her hands, showing where she sat. I looked at her with my bitch face.
" Ya! " She smacked my arms
" What "
" Oh my God. Look at yourself! Are you sick? " She asked
" I am healthy "
" You look like after being bashed by fans or fighting with someone, you know? "
" Yes I fought so? What? "
" What?! God. Y-you fought? With who? "
I stayed quiet. Because I know Sooyeon unnie will ask me to cancel the contract if I tell her.
" Ya. Who? " She shook my arms.
" Right, who? " Soojung unnie interrupted.
" What the? You said you would come early! But its almost 8 now, " Sooyeon unnie said to Soojung unnie.
" Sorry. I am busy, " She squished Sooyeon unnie's cheeks.
Great. Sooyeon unnie forgot it
" But what was you guys talking about? Who's who? " Soojung unnie asked.
Okay damn.
" Hana said she fought with someone. But refuse to tell me, "
" Okay fine. I tell you, now. I fought with this one little girl who look like not even 18 in my eyes, " I said.
" What?! " Both of them asked in unison
" Who's her? "
I sighed, " The one who was rumored in a relationship with Hanbin, "
" Why did you guys fight? What happen? "
" I don't know. She started first, "
" God. But, who's that girl? How come she knows that you was his ex? " Sooyeon unnie asked.
Okay damn. Ex? What the? Is there any other soft and not pissing me off words to describe that we was together before and broke up? Damn it.
" That girl was YG's singer. We bumped at YG building " I said.
" WHAT "
" What are you doing at YG's building though?! " Soojung unnie asked.
" You didn't sign any contract with Mr. Yang right? " Sooyeon unnie asked.
" I'm sorry. I did. We did the contract few weeks ago. So, I have to go there to see how my sponsored group doing. And my sponsor group is iKON, " I said, heavy heartedly
" Oh my God, "
" Why did you sign that? "
" I thought I could show Hanbin that I live well without him. I live well without man. But. It seems like I can't do it. I keep on bumping onto him and even slept at his house because I was drunk. There was rumor saying he was dating that girl, I was pissed off. As hell. That I went drunk myself and called Hanbin without knowing. I don't know what the hell I am doing either, " I said.
" Hana, cancel the contract, " Sooyeon unnie demanded
It was not a shock. I know she is going to say that. Canceling contract was sure not an easy thing. But going through my life everyday by meeting and remembering him, was more harder.
" I agree. If you don't cancel the contract, you might as well suffer. Like, what if it was real that Hanbin is dating someone currently, " Soojung unnie interrupted
" Life is sure hard, " I said and both of them nodded.
Three Days Later
I received a call from Mr. Yang. Sighed. Should I make a meet with him later?
[Phone conversation]
H - Hello
Mr. Yang - Hello Hana-ssi
H - Yes?
Mr. Yang - Can we meet later?
H - Oh ofcourse. I was going to meet you anyway
Mr. Yang - Really? Great then. At my office, are you going to be okay?
H - Yes, ofcourse
Mr. Yang - Okay then. See you later Hana-ssi
I hang up. Its okay. Everything is going to be okay as soon as possible
...
I knocked on Mr. Yang's office door.
" Hana-ssi. Have a sit, " Mr. Yang said and I sat on the sofa.
" The reason I called you here is because of our sponsor group, iKON, they will be having music video shooting. I can't present myself as I got important business on that day too. So I hope you can guide them- " Mr. Yang haven't finishes his words but I interrupted.
" Uh, Mr. Yang. I want to cancel the contract " I said and he showed a shock expression
" Why? "
" Personal reasons. Well, I felt guilty as I don't even discuss about this contract with my sister. Its her company but I agreed on with my choices so, let's do sponsorship in other time, if you like, " I said.
" We have been working for this 2 weeks. Its almost 3rd week though. And agreeing to contracts is not a crime. We did black and white signing and agreement. So, its legal and you don't have to feel guilty, " Mr. Yang replied.
After the meeting, I went back home and took my shower.
Sighed.
" I know you are not canceling our contract because of your sister but because of your personal reason with Hanbin. Right? But I don't do this contract on purpose. Work is work. Don't mix it with your personal life. That's how a strong company is built, " It was what Mr. Yang said to me. Indeed. He is really strict even with his own life.
I can't even cancel the contract so that means I'm going to meet him more frequently now.
I looked at myself in the mirror while washing my face.
" No. It's okay Hana. You can face this. Hanbin? Who? That trash? Let him be. Like who cares about him anymore? Go date other girls. I came there for work, not for getting notice from him, " I said to myself.
