They had spent the whole afternoon inside the new house, just relaxed and watched the whole time, with all the remaining time they had, the both of them toured the outside. And something had really, really dropped their jaws once again. Clarissa and Jake has discovered something odd, something that made the girl practically cry. Behind the house was something else, a small playground was built.

There was a swing, two wooden swings and a chain completing it. It was small, really meant for a small space. And there was a blue slide, with small stairs behind it. She could only guess that it was her two best friends who gave it - Vanessa and Luke. It looked new, and by the looks of it, was bought from a shop in the human world.

"What are all these for?" Clarissa murmured. "Probably for a child." He replied. "But, aren't they too impatient to do this?" "Maybe not. Because you know, we went out of this place to have our honeymoon. Who knows maybe they expected us to have one already." He shrugged his shoulders. She took another look of the playground. "They're expecting too much."

And that was it, simple but was ravishing. The swing and slide built from side to side, leaving the center and remaining space for other stuff. The couples walked around, touching each thing, could be guessed that their two fathers had built the swing together. They looked up in that afternoon, seeing that the sun was finally hiding itself behind the shadows. And that's when they saw that there was an additional shade built, maybe as a shed, or better the place where they could hide the stuff under it when the weather was not so good to them. It seemed so useful, how could these vampires be so wise? There was a shortcut through it, a large glass door was there standing right in front of them.

And behind the small playground was a garden full of flowers, it wasn't really part of the forest and those wild plants. She could tell that it were planted by a person, those were long, as if it were already planted for a long time there. Those attractive sunflowers were swaying through the air, and she leaned closer to examine and touch it. And as she did, it was obvious enough that those plants were definitely growing in some certain fertilizer and it was properly taken care of.

"I'm not actually into flowers." Jake said, watching her gaze at the plants. "You should be, now that we're married," she said as she walked to touch another flower. "And you should know all things, too. Including girly deeds and works like this, gardening."

Jake let out a long, and loud sigh as his response. "Shall we go in, now?" He asked, his sound telling he was feeling bored. Clarissa sighed, stood up and went inside without even waiting for Jake. He again laughed. "Hey, stop laughing!" She said, glaring at his eyes. He did stop, but his lips turned to a smirk. "Okay, okay. Don't be too much serious, girl. Why won't you just give me a kiss on the lips instead?" He said, his smirk was too much it almost reached his ear. "No way! You have to chase me first, Mullen." She said, and as soon as she was finished talking, she ran.

They rounded the whole house, since it didn't have another floor. They ran and ran, and every thing there were all messed up, dispositioned, probably it was accidentally moved when the two of them tried to touch those things. They went into kitchen, then to the living room, until Clarissa felt dizzy, her mind spinning. She stopped, and quitted. She lost.

She didn't care anymore. She would always rather that than to faint to the floor, and who wouldn't? She felt suddenly his cold hands around her stomach, hugging her as she tried to catch her breath. "Quitting so soon, baby?" He said, gazing at her. Then she screamed, when she felt that Jake tickled her body. "Stop!" She commanded, but they both knew that she wasn't mad at all. "Alright, okay." He answered, and let her go accidentally, she almost fell, back-first, but it thankfully didn't, he caught her.

They gazed at each other once again, then suddenly kissed each other as if they knew that they were both going to that. Well, maybe they did, since the guy had the ability to read anyone's mind. What makes that gaze so special that they always know what to do next? That they both knew that they were going to kiss each other? How was it possible that it was maybe, powerful and so special? No one really knew, just the both of them.

Their first night was just so good, it was such a good sign to live there.
