Cassandra didn't sleep, waited for the time. Until, it was finally the morning. She was still lying on the bed, although she could sense Andy already. She was hearing footsteps outside her bedroom, her parents were still in the house, about to leave.

She heard the doorknob, someone was about to enter her room. She closed her opened eyes quickly, pretended that she was sleeping. She heard the creaking of the door, and she could sense that it was her mother. "Goodbye, Cassie." She whispered right in her ear, and she could feel the warmth of her breath. They didn't tell her where they were going, or their plan. As soon as she heard the door shut, she quickly got up from the bed. Peeked through the curtains, seeing her parents that were beginning to walk, waited until they got far away. She immediately exited the house, looked for Andy.

She went to the back of the house, after scanning the whole house, and he was there, hiding behind those trees. "How long have you been waiting for me?" She asked. "For almost an hour. Or maybe, half." He answered as he walked through the trees, and leaves underneath his shoes.

"We gotta go follow them now." She gestured her head as they began to walk. "Do they know that you're going somewhere?" He asked. "Yeah. I've told them that we're going to play." She replied, hiding her hands inside the pockets of her jacket. "How about you? Did you escape again?" She looked at him now. "Well, no. You already know that I'm a spoiled son."

When they were a little far away from the house, they started to become alert and wary of strange things that might possibly happen. "We gotta walk fast, we might lose them." Andy whispered when he noticed that there was no one in the place surrounding them. Cassie nodded, beginning to jog. They were both turning their heads from right to left and vice versa, they could around there. A feeling of anxiousness was inevitable in their emotions as they travel. "What if we'll lose them?"

"We'll go right in the place. If we could still recall the steps."

Jogging for twenty minutes had suddenly stopped when Andy yanked her arm, and that shocked her. They both stared, especially, Cassie, who was giving a questioning look. "Ssh." He whispered, putting his finger right on his nose. After that, he pointed to where her parents were walking. To their north-west they were walking slowly, didn't even jog or run.

They carefully walked right by the side of some fat and tall trees, so that they wouldn't be seen, and there'd be a chance to hide just in case they'll get caught. They were making steps forward carefully together and at the same time, cautious not to step on fallen and dead leaves on the ground, it may cause a noise. The both kids were just giving some looks on each other, didn't dare to open their mouths. They were a bit close to her parents.

Doing that wasn't easy at all, it took a lot of time and effort to spy such vampires, especially, they had abilities to sense anything that moves. They sticked on the same line of trees, hiding there, at the same time, walking very, very carefully.

The line of trees finally ended, and the next tree was a bit far from the two, they gave each other different looks once again. They sticked their backs on the tree while peeking, planning on how will they cross the way without being caught at all. "Alright," Andy whispered after he peeked. "When I say 'go', run as fast as you could." He told her. She nodded her head, got the instructions quickly. He looked at her parents, with eyes narrowed, they were getting farther from them.

"Go."

She did her best to run, of course, as best as she could. She could sense that Andy followed her, and based from what she had felt, she could tell they ran like a flash of lightning. There was big chance they succeeded. They have arrived to the next tree after running, but their eyes had widened and they immediately hid when they saw that Clarissa has turned her head, looking right behind her back. "I think the spies are here, we better be cautious." The kids heard her say that to Jake.

They peeked, side to side, and they could see that they were disappearing slowly. Both of them went to the center. "Let's go." She said, walked a bit faster now. "We may be near now, right?" He asked. "Maybe." She replied.

They walked for seven minutes more, and they noticed that the place was going different. They were indeed in the village once again. They both had seen her parents enter there, still the villagers were scattered around the wide place.

They've been careful, still, now that they were inside the place. She could see that her parents walked even faster, as if they were excited to see the elder and most especially, Theresa. Now that they could see that her parents went to talk to the elder that was again sitting just beside his house, they looked for a precise and near place on where to hide, where they could hear their conversations. That was the main thing they wanted, the conversation. Because they could feel that they were hiding something from them. "The closest house is right there." Andy pointed to their west, and they went there, taking the other route so they couldn't be seen. They hid behind the house standing just beside the elder's, luckily, there wasn't anyone in there.
