I woke up in the morning without Derek. Yes, he did spend the night. No, we didn't do anything. But in my honest opinion, I wish we did. I climb down the stairs yawning.

"I went to the parent teacher conference last night. I figured you weren't going." Isabella calls out from the kitchen. I could smell her smoothies. Gross.

"How did it go?" I asked with a smile.

"Great. Teachers admire your work. Although they wish you wouldnt surround yourself with certain students like Scott and Stiles. But you know how that goes." She sighs.

"Figures." I roll my eyes.

"A mountain lion attacked the school. You know a girl named Allison Argent?" Oh my god. Mountain lion?

"I do." I hesitate to answer.

"Her father shot it down." My eyes widen.

"Wow. Guess you were lucky he was there." I mumble.

"Yes, we were." She sighs. After hanging around the house for a could  of hours I grab my phone and notice a message on it. I unlock it and read the text. It was from a number I haven't saved to my phone. The message said, Come outside when you are ready, from Derek. Aw, how did he get my number?

"Heading out. See you later." I shout.

"Love ya. See you later." She shouts back. I head out the door and see Derek parked out front.

"You never asked me for my number." I kiss his lips.

"At some point I was gonna get it." He kisses me back as we get in the care and drive off.

"Let me see your phone. You seeing Scott tonight?" I asked.

"Yeah. I saw him this morning and tried teaching him a lesson. Almost had it. Going to visit his house now." He says back as he tosses his phone to me. I unlock, scrolling to contacts and click my number.

"Sounds good." He looks at me up and down. He didn't put a name in for my number so I did it for him.

"Did you hear about the mountain lion attack last night?" I asked as Derek's face gets serious.

"Yeah I did. Its either the Alpha or the Argents trying to convince the folks here that it really is a mountain lion atracks." I hand him his phone back.

"Could be." I yawned.

"What did you do to my phone?" He asked as we pull up to Scott's house and noticed it was empty.

"Look at my contact." I smiled. We get out of the car and walk up to the house.

"Must be out. Mama McCall works late nights."

"We'll wait it out in his room." Derek says as I follow him to the side of the house where Scott's bed room window was at.

"I cant climb that." I shake my head.

"Here. Hang on." Derek kneels down as I hop on his back like a piggy back ride. He jumps up and unlocks the window letting me climb in first. Derek climbs through the window and pulls out his phone. He smiles and shoves it back in his pocket.

"Well babe, looks like we got here just in time." Derek says as he sits in the chair. Yes, I put my name as babe in his contacts. I look out the window and see Scott pulling up with the car. He gets out of the car and walks inside the house. I walk over to the bed and lay down. Scott runs in the room slamming the door shut. He runs over to the window locking it and shutting the blinds. He walks over to the lamp beside me and turns it on realizing we were here.
