According to the police scanner they have already taken in young Derek. Confused young teenage boy unsure of where is family is. They took him back to the sheriffs station. We make our way inside as Stiles shoves Scott and I forward through the door. I can already see the disappointed look the sheriff gave us as I gave him a nervous smile. We all head into the sheriff's office except young Derek.

"I want you to be honest with me. Absolutely and completely honest. Have you been time traveling?" The sheriff asked as our eyes widened. That would be awesome.

"Hang on, what?" Stiles asked baffled.

"Because if time traveling is real, you know what? I'm done. I'm out. You're going to be driving me to Eichen House." The sheriff starts to say before Scott cuts him off.

"We found him like that."

"Where? Swimming in the fountain of youth?" The sheriff exclaimed.

"No. We found him buried in a tomb of wolfsbane in an Aztec temple in Mexico underneath a church in the middle of a town that was destroyed by an earthquake." Stiles explains. Wow, I didn't know anything about that. I only knew he was in a temple trapped by the bitch.

"You told me you were camping!" The Sheriff points out.

"Yeah, we were... In Mexico." Stiles stretches his sentence out.

"Derek's been aged backwards. He can't remember anything. We just need to talk to him." Scott tells the Sheriff.

"Yeah, well, so far he's not talking to anybody." The sheriff sighs.

"He'll talk to me." Scott nods his head. Stiles goes to sit on the sheriffs desk as scott stood in the center of the office. I sat on couch far away as the sheriff brought in young Derek.

"We need you to come wi," Stiles starts but young Derek cuts him off.

"Why would I go anywhere with you?" He says. Well, he still has his sass.

"There was an accident. You lost some memory, but we can help you get it back." Scott says cautiously.

"How much memory?" Young Derek breaths out.

"A lot. But you can trust us." Scott says as he bends down and glows his red eyes.

"You're an Alpha. Okay, who are you? And who is he? Who is she? Who are you?" Derek looks at us.

"Oh, we're the guys keeping you out of jail." Stiles says. I turn to young Derek and flash my eyes.

"Green and purple, you're a Cercea?" He asked.

"Yup." I nod my head.

"Let us help you." Scott asked thinking he will earn the young Beta's trust.

"No." Young Derek says.

"Okay, dude, you almost tore apart two cops back there. You need to listen to us. And that starts with no fangs, no claws, no wolf man. You got that?" Stiles says.

"I'm fine as long as it's not on a full moon." Young Derek warns them.

"You still have trouble with the full moon?" This changes things.

"I said I'm fine." Young Derek snaps.

"All right, you coming with us or not?" Stiles asked.

"You want me to trust you? Where's my family?" Young Derek asked. Good question, Peter and Cora would be so helpfully right about now. Especially since Cora is young and Peter's age would give us away.

"There was a fire. And... They're not here anymore. They're fine. Just had to move out of Beacon Hills. And we're going to take you to them as soon as we figure out how to get your memories back." Wooooow Scott. So much for not lying to him.

"Okay." Young Derek says as he takes the bait. I feel bad for doing this. Scott, Stiles and I waited at the front desk for Derek to get discharged.

"I shouldn't have done that. I lied my ass off." Scott says.

"Hey, your ass is fine. You saved him a ton of unnecessary pain. We'll figure this out in a day or two, he goes back to being old Derek, everyone's happy. Except for Derek, who's never happy." Stiles says.

"He was happy with me." I muttered.

"It's just another person that we're lying to. I always feel like it's always been better when we tell the truth. With Lydia, my mom, your dad." Scott says.

"Yeah, but that is Derek Hale in there. He may be a kid right now, but he's still Derek Hale. " Stiles says.

"All right. Take him to my house and don't let him out of your sight." Scott says.

"And where are you going?" Stiles asked.

"I'm going to go talk to the guy we should have gone to before." Scott sighs.

"I'm coming with." I say quietly.

"Uh... Yeah, I hate that guy." Stiles says. Scott and I get on his bike and ride to the apartments.

"You doing ok?" Scott asks.

"Yeah." I said tightening my grip around him.

"No, I mean about Derek." His voice came out soft.

"I'm dealing with it. Im fine. Well figure it out." I sighed not wanting to get into detail. Actually I'm not handling it. I'm trying to avoid the situation at all cost. I didn't know what to think of young Derek. He wasn't my Derek that I fell in love with. I mean looks-wise he isn't I'm sure deep down he is my Derek. But he looks a few years younger that can change within time.

We pull up to the apartments and see Malia.

"What are you doing here?" Scott asked. I could tell he was panicking. I remember Scott and Stiles talking about her not knowing  Peter is her real father.

"I heard you were coming to talk to Peter. And since Lydia tells me he's basically Satan in a V-neck, I figured you shouldn't be alone." She says.

"We can handle Peter." Scott tells her.

"You can handle him better with me." Malia says as she turns to face the building.

"What's wrong with you?" Malia asked Scott as we enter the apartment. Even though I'm not a werewolf or werecoyote I could still sense he was panicking.

"Nothing." Scott answers quickly.

"Your heart's pounding like crazy. Are you nervous?" Malia asked. Well, if she knew why then there wouldn't be a problem or if the scenario switched around she be the one panicking.

"He's just bad at introductions. Hey princess." We could hear his voice. I roll my eyes.

"Hey Peter." I mumbled.

"Peter... This is Malia." Scott shows Malia off to him.

"Beautiful eyes. Did you get them from your father?" He asked standing and walking over to us.

"Mother." She says automatically.

"Interesting. Anyway, I'm sure they've told you a lot about me." He asked.

"The homicidal killing spree came up." Malia says proudly.

"Well, we're all works in progress." He smiles.

"Well, when you progress to your next killing spree, why don't you try and make sure they all stay dead?" She asked. Oh, that's got to burn.

"What is that supposed to mean?" He asked confused.

"What do you know about people being turned by a scratch?" Scott asked.

"Did you scratch someone, Scott? Don't worry about it, the claws have to go pretty deep." Peter smirks.

"But it's possible. Like if you clawed out someone's throat?" Scott asked.

"Well, yeah, it's possible. It's also beyond rare. We're talking one in a... ...million." Peter says angrily.
