"All right Now I know the start of season bonfire, it's a big deal for you guys. I also know it gets out-of-hand sometimes. The alumni show up, there's other teams, and alcohol. Lots and lots of alcohol. All right. Shut up! Now, what I don't understand is why anybody would ever want to get stumbling down drunk in front of a massive open fire, I'm also resigned to not being able to stop you guys. I also remind you, your team captain, McCall, will be there. Along with your assistant manager, Carson. And I can count on bith of them to narc on any and every one of these little bastards. Get back to class." Coach tells everyone as we sit around the locker room from morning practice.
"Come on." Scott grabs my hand as we follow Liam around. He finally stops as we walk up to him. He was acting strange.
"Hey. You okay? Hey." Scott asked him.
"Last night my printer went off by itself. I couldn't turn it off. I hit the cancel button. But it just kept printing." Liam says.
"Printing what?" Scott asked.
"What the hell's this?" We hear Coach yell. We head toward the locker room and see papers printing out like crazy. Scott picks up one of the papers. The deadpool.
"You see the difference?" Liam asked us.
"Derek's not on the list anymore." Scott says. I sigh in relief.
"And I'm not worth three million. It's 18 now. $18 million." Liam shakes in fear.
"Its alright Liam. I promise. You are gonna be fine." I hug him amd rub his back. I look at Scott who looks at the paper.
"You're worth $36 million, lexy." My eyes widen as I take the paper from Scott and look at it. Liam lets go of me as I stare at the paper.
After school the party started to happen once it hit Sundown. They like the bonfire is Scott and I run around more like speed walking and keeping an eye on everyone. Hopefully no one will get killed tonight. Scott pulls me over to an area with a familar face.
"Malia?" I call after her.
"Hey. What are you doing here?" Scott asked her.
"Getting drunk. What are you doing?" Malia asked as she continues to dance and drink.
"Trying to make sure no one gets hurt. That sounds fun too. I don't want to ruin your night or anything, but we kind of can't get drunk." Scott tells her. She slows down the dancing and looks at us confused.
"What?" Malia asked.
"I think it has something to do with our healing. But, trust me, I've tried. You're not gonna feel anything." Scott smirks.
"Maybe you should tell him that." Malia nods her head over to a bench. Liam. Liam was sitting there guzzling down some booze.
"I just want to talk." Scott tells her.
"Well, I just want to dance." She tells us.
"You are being a bratt." I tell her as Scott turns to me.
"Let me handle this. Watch for Liam." He tells me. I nod my head.
"We had our reasons. We didn't tell you about Peter," Scott starts.
"To protect me. That's what Peter said you would say. And guess what he said next? That you were right. Does that surprise you?" Malia asked as she continus to dance.
"No. It makes me wonder what he wants. Malia, we need to stay together. You, me, Stiles," He starts.
"I don't want to talk about Stiles. I just want to dance. And get drunk." Malia smiles as she giggles and almost falls over.
"Malia Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! You are drunk." He studies her. I look over at Liam who was doing the same thing.
"Yep." She giggles.
"But you can't be." Scott shakes his head.
"But they are." I watch Liam get up and stumble around.
"Is this what drunk feels like? It doesn't feel as good as I hoped." Malia frowns.
"I don't think it's supposed to." Scott holds her up.
"What do we do?" I ask him as he looks around.
"Malia What's in this? What did you have to drink?" Scott takes the canteen from her.
"Just vodka." She stumbles.
"Stay on your feet and keep moving." Scott helps her over to Liam.
"Malia?" Scott hands her a bottle of water. I look at Liam who was loopy. Scott checks him over.
"How much has he have to drink?" Scott asked Mason.
"Not enough to get him like this."
"Something's happening. We need to get them out of here. I think we're gonna have to, um," Scott slumps over and stares at his hand.
"Scott?" I look at him.
"How much did you drink?" Mason asked.
"Nothing. Not even a sip. It's not the drinks. It's the music." Scott tells me.
"Guys keep drinking that water. Tell me what to do." I look at Scott.
"I have to I have to turn off the music. Don't let them out of your sight." Scott tells me and looks at Mason. I nod my head and watch him leave.
"Keep drinking guys." As they were both on their second bottle. Both of them pass out as security walks over.
"Wait Stop. Hey, what are you doing? These are my friends." Mason says.
"Your friends are overly intoxicated. They need to be escorted out." The security gaurd says as theu pick Liam and Malia up.
'Okay, we'll go with them." Mason continues.
"Yeah, we were just heading home anyway. I told my mother we will be home shortly and if we are not home she knows where I'm at and who is here on staff." I tell the guards not breaking eye contact.
"That won't be necessary." The guard says.
"I said they're my friends," He says as the guard pushes him down. I run and jump on one of the guards back as he throws me over and punches me.
"lexy. Wake up! Wake up!" I felt the entire room shaking as my eyes open wide I gasp for air if I look at Scott. I was soaking wet smell like gasoline very strong.
"What happened? Malia? Liam? They took them." I gasped.
"Right here." Liam coughs. I sigh in relief as the help me up. Derek and Braeden were here.
"How did you know?" I asked.
"The guy that set Parish on fire told." Braeden says.
"Why are you guys together?" I asked as everyone stares at Derek and I. Derek opens his mouth and then shuts it. I grab his hand as images flash through my head. Braeden teaching Derek the gun. She bandage him up. Them sleeping together in the bed. I pull away as my heart escalated. I backup from Derek and growl at Braeden.
"Lexy." Scott looks at me.
"You slept with her." My eyes start to tear up.
"While you were still with me." I look at Braeden who looks down at the floor.
"Alexis, please." Derek steps forward as I back up.
"I should have known not to trust you again. You do this and hurt me over and over again. Why do you like breaking me down?" I cried. I ran out of the school and straight home.
